it’s okay for couples, but you can’t cook so just need to buy food and reheat or refrigerate. But the unit has a nice view.

Its a quite and safe place.

It took 30minutes to 1 hour to ride the elevator because building with 23 floors only using 1 elevator other 2 is not working.

The room was good but you need to pay for the parking which is 5mins walk from the building, i wish there is a dedicated parking for the guest within the building.

Parking

The condominium itself is quite impressive, including its security. The room was stylish and had the things we needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and clean. View was great from the balcony and windows. Location was also good. Near sky ranch.

The bathroom could use a little revamping. As I mentioned in what I liked, the room was stylish, but I could not say the same for the bathroom. There were also some dirt stains here and there. The toilet roll was not replaced, but I cannot complain about this too much considering environmental factors. The parking was also a bit pricey. Php 350 per night for a parking which is not even in the same building (although just next to it). There is however a cheaper option for Php150 per night but you have to walk a longer distance without cover, which is not ideal if it is raining, which was the case when we stayed. There was also a bit of waiting time in processing the parking slot.
