My husband and our 2 young sons had the most wonderful stay at the house. We were so close to the bay beach which was perfect for our kids. The open concept of the main floor was great and we truly felt like we were at home. We are so glad we got to spend our family vacation in Montauk and can’t wait to come back and stay at the house again!

Great stay for a large group! The main room including the kitchen and living is great for congregating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook big meals for your entire group. The outdoor shower was especially nice (I didn't shower inside once our entire trip).

This was our 4th time renting this house, and it’s been a great experience each time. It’s walking distance to Gosman’s and convenient to town also. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are updated, and it has an open living area too. We also love the back deck and outdoor shower.

We had a great week - house is lovely -- clean, spacious. Loved the location -- quick walk to Gossman's and nice quiet beach or easy drive to Ditch Plains and town. Hope to visit again!

ThIs home was perfect for us! It’s very comfortable and very spacious. There’s also a basketball net in the driveway, which was an added bonus. The kitchen is amazing! It makes you want to cook. There was everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. I would highly recommend this home. I hope to stay again.

Agree with other reviews, photos don’t do it justice. Spacious house with beautiful floors, kitchen, interior. Backyard is lovely. It’s really close to the Bay Beach and Gosman’s which is great. It’s next to a Main Street so a little loud but that didn’t bother us. WiFi is certainly strong. We worked remotely from this house (5 ppl) and had no connection issues with Zoom! Thanks, Elizabeth!

Montauk is a great place to spend a weekend with family.

We had a great week at Elizabeth’s house. There was plenty of room for our family, open concept living area, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean including the modern bathrooms. We also made use of the spacious outdoor shower. The yard was beautiful, fenced in, private , and dog friendly. We took our dog for an early morning walk to the beach most mornings. Elizabeth was always available to answer any questions and I highly recommend this rental.

This home was a perfect fit for our family. It was in a great location. The house is clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and accommodating with any questions or things we needed. She always responded right away anytime I texted or emailed. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and new, and the kitchen is huge with room for anything you bring and a great space for the family to congregate in. This was the 2nd year renting the house and we couldn’t have been happier! Within a few blocks of great restaurants and activities for couples and families alike. The house is very clean and spacious and the host is extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Our 2nd year staying here- it's perfect for our family. Very close to the bay and Gossmans on a quiet street. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a very large kitchen- all very clean. The yard with the deck and the grill is a great way to enjoy meals outside.

The house was spacious and in pristine condition. The location could not have been more convenient. Was able to walk to grab a coffee and bagel every morning by the docks, as well as walk to some great restaurants in the area. Heading to downtown was very convenient as well with a hopper stop just down the street. Couldn't have had a better trip.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this lovely home. It was clean, organized and the location was perfect. Close to the harbor area with easy access to the beautiful harbor area and close to town as well. The house is very spacious with a perfect layout for entertaining guests and family. There is a thoroughly stocked state of the art kitchen and ample closet space and several showers that were clean and Up to date. This house was absolutely amazing. The amenities were great, especially the outdoor shower! The house is very spacious, the living room/ kitchen is great for the whole house to hang out in. Quick 5 minute cab ride into town, the deli across the street was perfect for picking up snacks/ breakfast sandwiches. All bedrooms are spacious, the master bathroom is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at this house and have nothing but positive things to say. Elizabeth was easy to reach and quick to respond when questions came up in the weeks leading up to our rental. We would absolutely rent this house again next summer and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Montauk with friends and family!

The house exceeded our expectations - was extremely clean, modern and very spacious - felt right at home. The kitchen was the best room in the house - modern appliances, lots of countertops for prepping and cooking, and an enormous island for extra room. Living in Manhattan I'd do anything for a kitchen like this one! All the bedrooms were very comfortable - it was nice to have a children's room with bunk beds and toys for my sons to play with. The pictures don't do the house justice - it's so much nicer in person. I'd definitely rent again - staying in this house made our trip well worth it!

This was the perfect home for our week long stay in Montauk. Very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. We ended up staying home many evenings for dinner because the kitchen and outside deck and bbq were amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds and were very happy with the games and movies at the house. Great location in walking distance to the Gosman's area. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, open, and very kid-friendly, located in a wonderful location out of town (which is what we wanted). We loved its close proximity to Gossmans and the beach, as we were able to walk to both. The owners were attentive and kind, providing us with answers to our questions whenever needed. We hope to stay there again if our vacation schedules allow it!

This is a very nice house, in a great area of Montauk, with great owners that go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a great one. The home is located in the "Harbor" area of Montauk, with a short walk to Gosman's dining / shopping complex and some of the best beaches, restaurants and bars in town. There is a small deli / store right across the street, and another small market store nearby, for quick shopping. It's a short drive to the "center" of town, but it was nice to get back to the quieter Harbor area after the hustle and bustle of the main "tourist" drag. The house itself is great ... if it's not a newly constructed house, it sure feels like one inside. The bedrooms are all well-appointed, bathrooms are great. The kitchen is very well appointed, with new appliances, very high quality restaurant-quality gas stove, outdoor gas grill, etc., etc. One of our housemates is a gourmet chef (it's always good to have one of these along on your vacation ! ) , and he prepared incredible meals with what he said where perfect appliances and "tools" for him to whip up his meals. The owners are the best part ... the price was fair, and Liz and Steven are the best and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, and responded immediately whenever we had any questions. Whether you're in Montauk with a group of friends, or with your family, you will be hard-pressed to find a better house at a better price.

Our two week stay at this rental was wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is truly a gourmet cooks delight. There is so much more room in this house than appears from the outside. The bathrooms are large and modern. Everything looks brand new, including an amazing mud room with a front loading washer and dryer. It is actually a great location, because you are a very short walk to Gosman's Dock and a nice beach on the sound. It is a quick (3 min) drive to the ocean beach. But we were surprised how simple that was. Previously, we had only stayed in rentals that were walking distance to the ocean beach. I would definitely rent this home again. We loved it!

We had a great time in Montuak due to this house. It has more than enough room for 10 people. The open kitchen and living room was a great space for everyone to hang out in. Elizabeth was very helpful, quick responses with any question that I had, and even helped instruct on us on how to use the grill while we were there. Thanks so much, we will definitively be back again!

We had a wonderful week in Montauk in part due to this home. This was our family's first week long stay in Montauk and this home and the beaches did not let us down. The home is located near Gossman's Docks which is fun for all. The main part of town is a quick, easy drive ( 3 miles) away. The kitchen and family room in the home are absolutely fabulous and help set the stage for memories we will have for a lifetime. The children loved the set up and the sense of freedom the house seemed to offer. The girls "princess room" as they referred to it was an instant satisfaction and made bedtime a little easier for us. The bed in the master bedroom was literally one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Although the exterior may not look as appealing as one might hope, the interior by far makes up for any insufficiencies. We will be back.

Elizabeth and Steven were a pleasure to rent from. The house was perfect. It had plenty of space and the updated kitchen and rooms is just what our party needed. Minutes to beautiful beaches, restaurants and fishing. The outside shower to clean up after the beach was a big hit. We would definitely rent this house again.

We came here with three generations of family and all of us--from grandparents to pre-schoolers--enjoyed our stay a great deal. We especially liked the spacious, modern kitchen and gas grill; the back deck, which was breezy and beautifully shaded in the late afternoon; and the two ground floor bedrooms (since a couple members of our party have trouble with stairs). The owner provided quick responses to all of our questions but also respected our privacy during our stay. She even offered to construct a ramp for the front steps in case we needed it for a wheelchair. Thanks for a fun week!

Everything was perfect. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen fully stocked, and the furniture comfortable. A 1 minute walk to the deli and a 2 minute walk to the beach ensure our morning coffees were enjoyed to the sound of waves crashing. Thanks for a lovely weekend.
