Great property. Very convenient to beautiful beach and into town. Property is very well outfitted and the pool area is great

My family and I loved the place. The house is gorgeous, and everything is super close. We had a great time!! The only suggestions I could think about is that there is no bathroom for the pool, we had to go upstairs to the 2nd floor every time, it was not a big deal for young people , but for my grandparents It was. I will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect house for the 10 of us! We had 5 couples stay the weekend and accommodations were perfect! Pool and hot tub were wonderful, the large kitchen was equipped with everything needed for our stay! We would love to book again in future!

The home was convenient, spacious, and the location was just right. Close to the beach and The Village. If I had to say a con the kitchen cabinets and window seals in the home need to be wiped off of the particles that are there..

Overall great location and property. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Loved the pool area for relaxing in or out of the shade. Only complaint is our dishwasher didn’t work all week so we had to do dishes constantly. Property management is as responsive but unable to get parts to fix it.

This place is comfortable for a big family. Love that each room has its on ensuite bathroom. Just not a lot of room to lay out luggage in them is the only downfall. The private pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. We had some issues with the pool but management was quick to respond through text every time and sent someone out immediately. Ping pong outdoor tv and the kayak available to use was a plus. It was nice to be able to hop in the canal right from the backyard. Short walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to town. The rooftop sunsets were beautiful if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. Can even see the gulf. The steps getting up there are a little sketchy if you are afraid of heights. Only downfall everyone complained about is that there isn’t a bathroom on the bottom floor where the pool is. You have to go to the second floor to use the half bath. All in all great place that is managed well.

We docked our boat and went to the sandbar and fishing most days
Pool and hot tub worked great and also HEATED (most Vrbo homes turn off the heat or charge you to use it)
Plenty of parking for 4 cars plus a garage
You could stay with 2 or 3 families and still have room

This place is great! Easy walk to the beach and to town! Very clean and great that they supplied chairs and beach wagons! Also, great fishing on the canal!! Caught and released a bunch of Snook! Very fun!
Two things to keep in mind - the sun is only on the pool in the morning, shaded the rest of the day. Also, the kitchen isn’t very well stocked - no spices, minimal pots/ pans. (Lots of plates, mugs, glasses though.) Better for take out serving than actually cooking in.

The property was absolutely beautiful! We so enjoyed our stay, I do wish the pictures showed the sizes of the rooms a little better but that’s not even a complaint. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was great!

Perfect home!
This is the second time we stayed at this property and are already planning a third! It has everything you will need for the very best vacation ever! We had one issue with a smoke alarm battery. They came out and had it changed within an hour! The channel and dock is a real plus! Love staying here!!!

Perfect roomy house & location!
Super big & roomy house. It was very well equipped and furnished, other than bureaus, but there are large closets. More hooks inside and out would be nice for all the bath and beach towels as well as bathing suits. But small inconvenience for such a wonderful place with an extremely peaceful, beautiful setting. We loved kayaking around the canal, bbq in back, lounging around the beach, enjoying thebeach and live music in town. And of course the Drum Circle on Sundays! No need to get in a car until you are leaving:)

My New Happy Place
This home was everything I expected and so much more. The home has everything that I have in my own home with the exception of a griddle. A large griddle for breakfast would be a bonus. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen amazing, the pool and hot tub outstanding. I would recommend this home to everyone that I know. I would also stay here again and again and again. No need to bring anything for the beach because everything you could possibly need is already there. Beautiful and amazing are not strong enough words for this home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my daughters graduation vacation the best ever.

Great house in a great location
This house is great for a large group trip to Siesta Key! The house is perfectly situated close to the beach and Siesta Key Village, but tucked away enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the area. The house was very clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels for our group. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are very small (pictures were a bit deceiving). If you are staying for a week or long weekend with a large group, you should be aware that the rooms are tight with very minimal storage (i.e., no dressers and lack of space to put suitcases). This didn't impact our stay, but I thought would be worth sharing with future visitors. The management team was great and very responsive to our needs - including bringing over a bowl we requested for cooking purposes!

This is the best place I have stayed at! The house was beautiful. It's the perfect location, we could walk to the village. The balcony on the roof was great to watch the sunset. The pool area was perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, needs a deck on main floor
Very good property, most of the property is bedrooms and en suite bathrooms , which is great for guests. Jacuzzi and pool are great, jacuzzi takes about an hour to get to 95...location is perfect, 1 block to beach, 5 minute walk to siesta village with many shops and restaurants. Main disappointment was there is no deck to outside from the main floor, one has to go downstairs to the pool to enjoy the outside. A deck off the back main floor is really needed. Pool area is very fun and well planned with tv and ping pong. Tv’s in every bedroom is a plus....

Bachelorette Trip
Overall the house was absolutely Beautiful just like in the pictures! The location was great, and just a short walk away from the local bars/shops. Me and my girlfriends had the best time and it was the perfect house to surprise our soon to be Bride for her bachelorette trip! The only small complaint I would have is that the property manager was great at replying before the trip, but once we arrived, didn't respond to any of my messages. I had a simple question about the pool controls with no reply so we didn't utilize the pool as much as we wanted. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have the available and immediate service if something did go wrong. But overall, nothing went wrong thankfully so it was a great experience.

An unforgettable vacation. We had 11 people and the home was plenty large and never felt cramped. A few minutes walk to the beach, backyard/pool was relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen items to cook for a large group, or just a few minutes from Siesta Key Village to check out a local Restaurant. 5/5. Don’t hesitate to book this property

Summer getaway home
We had an amazing time but had a couple of inconveniences that should had not happened. Dishwasher did not drain properly and it took several visits from the repair person to get it working correctly. This was a major inconvenience for a our large family. The elevator stopped working after day 1 of the stay and it was never fixed. Another major inconvenience when you need to carry luggage down 3 floors of stairs. The property manager never followed up to provide me with updates unless i called for them. The BBQ is a small BBQ in comparison to the size of the property . A house with these many rooms should have a BBQ to accommodate for all the guess. Lastly the kayak provided in the property has a rusted screw in the inner wall were the legs rest against when in use. My wife receive a big cut in her leg that might leave a big scar.

We've come to Siesta Key several times over the last few years and this home was on of our favorites. The location was perfect -- very close to the village, a 2 min walk to the beach. The house was amazing -- plenty of space and great pool/hang-out area. Overall we had a great experience -- from initial rental conversations to check-in to our stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great Place for a Large Family!
The pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the kitchen. If you’re going to cook a lot bring a good chefs knife in your checked bag. The knives are really dull. Loved that there was a tv in every bedroom as well as a full bath. We had four couples and 7 kids ages 1-9. Fit us perfectly. We had cribs set up in 2 of the large showers. Older kids loved the bunk room. Close to town and the beach. Couldn’t have been happier.

Beautiful property, everything we wanted, Hot tub was a hit.
Since the weather was a bit cool it was a perfect nite time activity by all. I would recommend this property for a large group wanting to vacation together in sunny Florida.
