This is the second time we have stayed in these units. Very nice location to beach and not loud and crazy like the high rise units can be. Unit was nicely remodeled. Only issue was cleanliness. Found stuff in dresser drawers and socks in the chairs. Other than that would definately recommend.

This is a great spot if you want to experience what it was like to visit Florida "back in the day." It is not the most modern or updated place, which was part of its appeal for me. The unit was on a private road that led to the beach, which had a collection of rental properties from various owners. It felt a little haphazard, but I imagine this was how things were before large high-rises started crowding the area. Beach access required a key FOB to pass through a gate, and we initially only had one for 5 people, but I called the property management company, and they provided a second within a couple of hours. A few days before my arrival, I was proactively called to announce that the washer and dryer would be out of service. Disappointing, but the complex had a common laundry facility, and I was provided with a roll of quarters to get a few loads done (the washers and dryers allowed for mobile payment too). I also mistakenly had packages delivered after my stay, and the property management company immediately helped get them to me. They were very helpful and responsive. The only detraction was in the cleanliness category. Overall, the unit was fine, but the couch had seen better days, and for some reason, walking around barefoot resulted in black soles. The unit had a Swiffer Wet Jet, which I used to no avail. So be sure to have some convenient footwear to roam around the condo. ;-)

This please is perfect for a week at the beach. Has everything you need. Company was quick to respond. Would stay again!

Overall good experience. Well equipped, clean and near the beach. The door key code was annoying—took multiple tries to lock and open each time.

It was a great vacation! Close to everything, house was clean, met some nice neighbors, would definitely stay there again. Beach chairs were old and umbrella didn't work, but other than that it was great.

This unit accommodates 9. What was not disclosed in the description is that entry AND exit to both the beach AND the pool requires use of a key fob. That’s all fine, except this unit only provides ONE key fob. We expressed our concern to the property manager immediately, and they were responsive, but the property owners of Unit 315 only provide ONE key. All other units were provided 2. To summarize: from the unit, the beach is about a 3 min walk to the gate, and then another 3 min walk to the water. The pool is approximately a 3 minute walk from the unit in the opposite direction. My husband and I came to the unit with our 3 teenage daughters, who each brought a friend. So we had 6 teenagers with us. The problem is that everybody in our group had to enter and exit the beach at the same time, every time. We had an issue where our safety was compromised one day when several of our party left the beach to return to the unit to use the bathroom and grab some lunch. While they were gone, one of the girls with us cut her foot on a shell. It was bleeding and we were stuck on the beach. You cannot EXIT without a key fob. We tried to escort kids to the gate to unlock it if some wanted to go in, but it was a huge inconvenience to have to get up, walk to the gate, let them out, and keep your phone very accessible so you could get their call to go let them back in. (Again, approximately a 3-4 min walk each way from the water to the gate.) I felt like I was glued to my phone the entire trip. We will most definitely not be staying in this unit again solely due to this fact. I felt unsafe being locked in the beach, and forget allowing some of the kids to go to the pool while some stayed at the beach. That’s impossible with one key fob when the fob is required for entry AND exit at both the beach and the pool. Overall, I was extremely disappointed that this was not CLEARLY stated in the unit description. It is absolutely a safety issue. I am disappointed that the issue was not corrected during our stay. We paid a lot of money for our party of 8 to stay in a unit marketed for a party of 9, and I spent the whole trip glued to my phone running back and forth with a key fob.

Great location, very short walk to beach, pool and trolly access to town center made for an easy low stress vacation. Home layout and area format with mostly condo's and no high volume hotel chains really added to the experience of Siesta Key

The rental was good for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). It had everything we needed for our stay but some extras we didn’t expect (beach chairs, beach blankets and beach toys for kids). I loved that linens and towels were included. The location was nice - short walk to private beach. We drive to the village for all our meals.

We had such a fun week staying here. This place was so close to the beach! Loved our experience here!

The inside of this condo was very clean, nice and homey. It accommodated the 9 of us perfect. I was very thankful for three bathrooms. Lol Management was great! Ant time I reached out , they replied back within minutes. Walk to the beach was only couple minutes. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. I recommend this place.

The property was well stocked and beach and pool had wasy access. There was no vacum or mop and for a week of beach, it made it difficult to keep the house as clean as i would have liked.

Found this place online. It’s exactly how the pictures look online. We originally were going to have 9 people but ended up having 5. It was perfect. Short walk to beach/pool areas. The rental had beach chairs. We had brought our own because you never know how the ones listed will be but they ended up being better than ours. Loved the privacy. We only ended up eating out twice during our week stay. Went to the grocery and made meals at the condo. Highly recommend!

This property was great for our small family trip. Living space is small but ample for a beach house. A few necessities missing...coffee filters and blanket for pull-out. Close walk to beach!

This is our second time staying in this unit, and everything was fret once again. Plenty of space for us and our 3 little ones, including space for a rental crib. Perfect location, close to the village, short walk to the beach, and the pool was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Beach was perfect; we had a rental car but used the Frog Hopper free transportation to go out at night (just tip). Sat out front on patio for breakfast and then cocktails. Everything was perfect.

Have been to Siesta Key many times. This is the first time we stayed at this unit. We loved it for its closeness to the beach, the fact that beach chairs are provided on the beach by homeowners association (so no hauling your own), clean and cute place. Hope we can come back and stay at this same unit again. The only downside at all is that the outdoor area is facing the drive/street so no view. But, walk 1 minute and the amazing beach awaits you. Property manager did a great job with communication. Highly recommend!

Everything was good! We enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and well equipped.I think there is not much space for 8 people it’s more like for a small family of 4 maximum of 6 and the sofa bed definitely needs to be change, it was very uncomfortable you could feel the mattress springs or whatever that was right in your back.Other than that I would recommend it.The beach was great and I also enjoyed the pool it was very clean and always at the right temperature.

We had a great stay in Siesta Key at this condo. It Was super easy booking and getting communication from the manager. The walk to the beach is really easy and it’s private so there’s space. The condo has lots of sand toys and floats for use as well as boogie boards. They have beach chairs too. The beach umbrella is junk though. It needs replaced. Any slight wind off the ocean and it inverts. The condo has great bathrooms but note there is no tub only showers. I know if my kids were younger that would’ve been a pain. There were a few inconveniences bc of covid19 like no throw blankets. So if you’re sun burned and trying to cuddle for a movie you might want to bring one along. Otherwise it was great. Kitchen is well stocked. Maybe add some kid proof cups and Tupperware for leftovers or ziplocks. Otherwise great! We loved our stay there and would recommend!! The pool is also awesome and warm!!!

Loved our stay here! Such a cute property and right at the beach- a simple walk through a gate and then down to the sand. The only issue we had is that the upstairs stays warm . Yes- it’s hot in the summer but it’s more of a building issue as the air returns are downstairs but needed a vent upstairs as well. It was not enough to keep us up or make us upset - just not as cool as we would normally be used to. If you like firmer mattresses- you will find the beds comfortable . It’s personal preference and we have ruined ourselves because we have a tempurpedic mattress 😂- sometimes we think that was a mistake (haha). We loved the location and don’t bother packing towels for the pool or beach bc theirs are great quality. The washer and drier worked really well and they give you a generous supply of laundry soap and paper products . The only thing you’ll need fast is soap bc the bars are really little so pack a few of those . The kitchen was well stocked and we never had an issue finding parking . Very clean and cute decor. Property manager gave us good info about the area and grocers that delivered. The beach is gorgeous and we used the free chairs from the facility ! Thanks for having us :)

the house was spotless like all the reviews said. We received a welcome kit with detergent and soap and wipes which was nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils pots and pans and small appliances. We cooked for our stay and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Theres also a small cooler and umbrellas, plenty of beach towels for use. Private beach access was a very nice plus.. The owner was quick and responsive when we called her. Will be definitely coming back again!! Thank you

The add listed "on the beach". We knew there was a walk way from the pictures but we thought we would be able to see the beach from our room but we could not. We thought since it said on the beach it was different. The pictures made the place look bigger than it actually was but it was very clean, very nice, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved the 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Everything looked like the pictures but was smaller than expected. Other than those things we had an amazing time and we will tell people we know traveling that it is worth the cost and we will return.

Only thing I would change was the weather. Everything else was perfect!

Clean comfortable condo just steps from the most amazing beach.

We took our first family trip with our newborn baby and this condo could not have been more perfect. The property was well maintained, updated & in a great location. It gave us the space we needed and still felt comfortable. We would come back to Siesta just to stay here!

My husband, 2 little ones and myself all enjoyed our lovely vacation in siesta. The townhouse at Siesta Beach House was amazing. It was perfect for our family, and a phenomenal location. Hoping to book again next year, for longer!

Kelly was very attentive with a quick response to all of our questions. The condo had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing week!

The condo is beautiful, it was modern and clean. The only problem was that the AC did not seem to work well on the 2nd floor. The first floor was comfortable, but the 2nd floor was warm. My husband ended up sleeping on the the last night as it was too hot. You cannot turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, it has to be above 75 on the second floor.

Our stay was wonderful! It was our first time in Florida and it surpassed everything we expected! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! Our concierge, Kelly, was so helpful and very nice!
