A wonderful location and overall enjoyable stay! Hope to be back in the future

Very comfortable for our group of nine aged 70 + friends. We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the balcony over the Canal for meals and drinks. We also had a pair of swans with 4 big cygnets visiting us each day. Most enjoyable stay especially in December as we also were able to go on the Christmas lights cruise.

Plenty of space to relax. Ideal central location for Mandurah allowing easy access to shops by car but peaceful and relaxing by the canal watching visiting wildlife.

Just had a 2 night stay with with some friends. Perfectly size house with a massive table for dinners and board games. The house was clean, tidy and well presented. I would definitely recomend it to others.

The house and location was amazing. The house was spacious with a beautiful deck. The house wa so well equipped. We will be back. Only thing we would have liked is some blankets as it was cold of a night when we were sitting round. Thank you we will be back

Waterfront luxury living in this well equipped and beautifully maintained home

My elderly sisters and other family found this property perfect for our needs. The sun deck was the most popular spot as we spent a lot of time watching swans pelicans and other birds. No dolphins but we did enjoy our lunch cruise one day where the dolphins put on a show. Great stay in the lovely city of Mandurah

The property was beautiful and well appointed; however, the cleanliness was questionable. The previous occupants had left the property in a very dirty state, meaning the cleaners were struggling to have the property cleaned in time for our check in. Our guests were arriving at 2.00 and the floors were still being mopped, the bins needed taking out, and the fridge cleaned. I ended up cleaning out the fridge, thus freeing up the cleaners to complete the floors etc. The fridge was in an awful state, necessitating me having to scrub the spilt sticky liquid from the bottom of the fridge. When we went to use the BBQ, my husband needed to spend an hour cleaning off the burnt, built up food from previous uses. This was so much so, that I made a trip home to our house, nearby to grab the electric frypan to cook in. The Lazy Susan on the outside table had a large buildup of crumbs, so it wouldn't rotate. We rectified these issues, including cleaning out the bins in the kitchen before putting in bin liners. The cleaners did their best but obviously didn't have enough time to clean from the previous occupants. This didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property, however when you are spending good money, it was quite unacceptable. Maybe there should be greater expectations for guests to leave the property in a better state when they depart.

A great house for a relaxing weekend in Mandurah.

Very well presented 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. It was a pleasure for our group of over 70's to enjoy. The weather was great and we spent a good deal of our time on the balcony overlooking the canal. Dolphins and black swans also added to the stay. We would love to come back again.

Just back from a 2 night weekend stay with 4 friends at this stunning property, on the canals in Mandurah. The house was impeccable with 5 separate bed rooms, 2 lounge areas and a divine view and space on the deck. We didn’t want to leave to go sightseeing as the house was so comfortable and bright. Dot was very obliging and easy to deal with too. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here a few times now, a beautiful property with a great location. We will be back.

Excellent accommodation, views and neighbourhood

Beautiful place, extremely clean and tidy. The house had all that we needed for a week’s stay. The location is excellent - just a 10min walk to the Eastern Foreshore. We were lucky enough to be visited by dolphins a few times as well!

A very well equipped house and extremely clean. We were a group of 9 guests and felt there was plenty of room from the living areas to the bedrooms. We would highly recommend this house for a getaway.

Awesome place very happy

Only minutes from the centre of Mandurah. Well looked after and maintained with plenty of amenities, well stocked kitchen and beautiful outlook over the canal. Lots of ducks and several swans came to 'visit'. Quiet location. Overall, really lovely house and would recommend to anyone.

It was the perfect house to stay with my family to get away for a few days. The property is well layed out and big enough for a family of all ages. It's just a stones throw from town which is perfect to walk in. What makes this place spectacular is the ambience of being on the river, a great way to spend the day soaking up the sunshine.

We as a group have stayed in numerous holiday rentals and have found this home to be a place for relaxation and socialising on the wonderful balcony. Having said this we did have a small issue with the back neighbour burning wood which smoked us out every evening.

Gorgeous canal property perfectly located for our weekend boating on the estuary. House/kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again

Clean and tidy. Beautiful location, very relaxing. Towels were a little thin. Overall this will be recommended as a lovely place to stay .

The house was beautiful and the deck overlooking the canal was wonderful. Really lovely place to stay.

It had everything we needed, great location, fantastic amenities. It was clean, and well kept. There was literally nothing we could fault.
