Nice location and breakfast. Good staff and facilities including a nice summer beer garden cafe and excellent spa and gym.

Rooms and decor is a bit outdated.

Great spa, room was comfortable and breakfast was a good spread. Turkish restaurant buffet was exceptional in taste, variety and value!!! Good central location too. Crew in spa, Asian Cafe, Turkish restaurant and bell hop were friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thanks for a good stay!

Front desk wasn’t as friendly and check in was a little haphazard. Took so long to find my reservation even though I gave them my confirmation number. They also forgot to return my sister’s passport…it was left in photocopier!!

The hotel 5 star with no in house driver with a luxury car . Each time calling taxi does not sit well with a 5 star hotel . Breakfast and food offering was poor .

It's a bit unpleasant when someone is knocking your door and wants to close minibar. I think they should trust their guests a litle bit

I arrived early in the morning after long tired flight, the staff were not cooperating to check me in earlier even if I will pay for the available room. they were showing their weakness and how much their manager will punch them for any action they will take. so, I decided to take another hotel due to their unfixability until 3PM as they insist it is fixed check in time that they cannot change or amend my booking.
