Loved this place and it's proximity to the beach - just 1 block! Loved all the beach equipment to use!

This home had everything you could ever need for the beach, which was so nice. We only had to bring out clothes and food! The kitchen was well stocked, which was great because we did a lot of cooking and BBQing. The upper balconies were a great place for the kids to play and run around.
The beach is a short walk. It is a beautiful clean beach and was nearly empty every day!
Debbie responded to me immediately throughout the whole process from booking to checking out. That was very helpful.
Would definitely recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay her again!

This property was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed. It's just a few steps from the beach. The garage has all the beach toys you could possibly need. Everyone enjoyed riding the bikes. The host was nice to work with. Thank you.

We picked this house for the location and the beach toys that are included, and it did not disappoint at all!! We loved our stay and couldn’t believe how lovely the beach is and how secluded it felt with just a few other families anywhere close on the beach. The lifeguards were an unexpected plus as well. We would absolutely plan a repeat of this trip!

We absolutely loved staying in your home away from home. We visited the area for my nieces graduation. So we had multiple generations staying here. It was great to have a place to stay together, so we could spend more time hanging out. Thank you for the smooth check-in and check-out, and great communication throughout.

Three college friends and I spend a long weekend here. We loved the cleanliness, cute decorations, outdoor spaces, nearness to the beach, and easy check-in and check-out. Also, reminders were conveniently posted around the space to remind us where towels and other things were.
We were glad to have laundry access, a beach wagon, and bikes to check out the nearby inlets.
Seeing the seals in the morning was also a treat!

This was a lovely home and plenty of room for our family of 8. Lots of stairs so if you have toddlers would want to bring baby gate . Property was beautiful, flowers in full bloom!
Would stay again! Beds were comfortable !! Plenty of kitchen supply’s condiments ect. Cooking utensils! The little putting green in front yard was a hit with our family!

We had a wonderful time. The layout of this house was excellent for families with kids. Each bedroom has great separation from the other - so if you have babies, older kids, adults, you can easily separate folks based on the sleep needs, noise, etc. The street noise was quite as well. One thing to be mindful of is this house does a fair amount of stairs - one set up from the street level to the main living area and two bedrooms, and another set to the 2nd floor bedroom.
All the beds were comfy - and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to spare.
If you're looking to visit the beach, there's so much beach equipment in the garage, you should be able to find everything you need.
The house was clean, organized, and we will certainly consider another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place included lots of extras we had read about, but it's a different experience to actually see it for yourself. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates, utensils, pots and pans you could ever need. We also had access to essential condiments and a keurig style coffee machine. We also loved the fact we could use their bikes to ride around the neighborhood. In addition to the bikes, they also had surfboards, wetsuits, kayaks and other water ties we were free to use (a true added bonus). Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and that added extra - loved the ocean view from the top deck. The single bed on the top floor was a little noisey (squeeky), but other than that, the place was a true gem and the hosts were super responsive when we did have questions.

My family stayed there for a week and had a great time. With us traveling across the country so we were limited of what we could bring so having all the boards, wetsuit, bikes etc already there made our trip so much more enjoyable!

The owner was very attentive. The home worked out great for us and all we wanted to do! Loved having all of the bikes and boards available. The kids loved using them at the beach. We also enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and that it is a quiet beach. Just a little secret for other travelers, once you are out on the beach walk to your left towards the naval base where there are rocks and at the edge is an old sunken boat. It is all rusted now but a local told us about it and we enjoyed searching for it! Would definitely come back here.

We had such a fun time at the beach house. We rode bikes over to Hollywood beach and enjoyed just hanging out. The area is very nice and the weather was perfect. We will definitely look into this beach house for trips in the future.

We have vacationed at Silver Strand Beach 4 times and stayed at 4 different VRBO’s. This house was the best! It is very spacious and clean with garage FULL of beach equipment. We will be back to this house for sure 😁

We had a nice time at the condo. The furniture is a little worn. Kitchen table is rickety for playing games and the couch is uncomfortable. Great location to the beach. Access is right down the street. The garage is full of beach activities!! Kitchen is stocked with supplies! The condo is right next to a Airforce base that is abandoned. Not really an issue just didn’t expect. Neighbors seemed friendly enough. We were there when some dolphins were washed up on the beach. So sad! Watched the seals swimming in the area which was fun!!

I just returned home after a girls getaway at this beach house. It could not have been more fun! There is ample space for everyone and lots of toys in the garage for biking, going to the beach, etc. The location was great and the owner was very nice and easy to contact. All of the ladies said that they would love to return next year. Thumbs up!

Oxnard was a perfect spot for us. We were close enough to LA and to Santa Barbara that we went back and forth throughout the week but also far enough to enjoy the small town feel. The house had plenty of room for the 9 of us. It was a very easy short walk to the beach. The local food was great! We have a wonderful time!!

This home had all the things!. Bikes and boards and even a trolly! The teens spent hours in the water and riding around. Host was great. Hope to come again.

We booked the property for a marathon we were running nearby. It had the right amount of really comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked so we could have family dinners and the easy 2 min walk to the beach was fantastic.

This house is just a short stroll to the beach and within reasonable walking distance to a few eateries. The supply of beach toys and equipment they’ve made available for use includes everything you need and more. The host was very friendly and responsive — a pleasure to deal with!
