Clean, flexible in changing the room (I didn’t want to be on ground floor).

It was expensive - and it doesn’t include anything like breakfast. Walls are thin.

Great location - within walking distance of almost everything. The pool was small, but nice. The room was large and well-lit.

The comforter had hair on it from a previous guest and the corners of the room were extremely dirty. The place definitely wasn’t the cleanest. The hotel was short-staffed so every time I called asking for something (e.g. clean blankets, conditioner), I was told I had to pick it up myself from the front desk because they were working alone.

It was very comfortable! Big bed, cozy space. Not loud at all. Location was perfect for me.

For the price breakfast really should be included.

Excellent location, spacious room, and great price for downtown Milwaukee. It was easy and felt safe to walk to and back from a concert at Fiserv Form late at night, the bus/train station is only a 5-10min walk, and both the Public Market and 3rd St. Market Hall were super close to get some great food. Staff was friendly, I could check in early, and there were no issues with luggage storage.

The room could have been a bit cleaner (e.g., there was dust on the bed's headboard), and it was also quite noisy at night.

This was a joke I never got to stay at property. The add charges when I got there so I cancelled. And now they still want to charge me when I never stayed there.

The staff was great .. they all helped with getting us set up and letting us know what was good to eat nearby !

Everything was excellent. Our adventures were within a short distance and all was perfect..

the service, the room, check in was 4pm. We got there at 7pm, the room wasn't ready. We reserved a king room. He said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. We had a concert to attend and said we'd be back later.We got back at 11pm and were told they were sold out. the only room available was a dbl queen. That's not what I reserved and not what I was told would be ready. I wasn't allowed to cancel without being charged for the room so we basically had no choice but to stay in a room that we didn't want. The staff was rude on top of it. They said we weren't garenteed a king room because we booked through a third party. I stated that the man we spoke to earlier was the one who said we could have our king room in 30 minutes and she stated well he's not here now so you'll have to take this one. Also during all this they had given us a room earlier. When we went to the room it was already occupied. How embarassing! Later when we came back they also tried to give us a different room, this one wasn't cleaned. After checking out I also noticed that they billed me for a room I didn't stay in and it was at a cheaper price than what I already paid. My room was pre paid for and now if someone else trashed it I won't get my deposit back! Absolutely horrible experience!!!!

Waited 3 hours after check in to get a room. Finally We checked in and found our first room dirty. Got another room and that was dirty as well. Ended up waiting another 2 hours to get a room. The pool was dirty with green algae and other objects on the bottom of the pool. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The guy at the check-in desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and had a sleek modern vibe. The bed was super comfortable and all of the facilities were in good working order. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the bar in the lobby looks very inviting.
