The rooms were ok in size and the beds clean. A/C worked well. Restaurant food was good if you have dinner or lunch, not breakfast.

1.Parking was a hassle, basically there is no parking space. I had to go and manage it with staff every time. It’s falsely advertised as having proper parking. 2. Location doesn’t overlook anything so don’t be fooled by it. 3. Horrible bathroom design, taking a bath meant the whole bathroom got water everywhere, no separation. 4. Hot water was inconsistent 5. They have separate food vendor so if you order room service you have to pay cash every time. 6. Staff didn’t always follow up on what was requested (basic facility like bathroom mat were not provided to begin with) All these facilities would have been ok for half the price that i paid or for a 2 start property

I did not like any thing from parking to inside hotel , on booking.com it’s saying 4 star hotel with private parking

I did not like any thing in the hotel from parking to hotel rooms , not even a one star hotel , no parking for car , cars on half way on the roads , no insurance about if some one hit the car in night

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good enough location to walk to palace - about 15 mins. Lovely views from the rooftop

Several discrepancies occurred with drinks on the menu and how much we paid - 3 different prices for the same kingfisher beer we ordered on 3 different days. We couldn’t pay with card or put the tab on our room at the hotel restaurant/ room service had to pay cash immediately.

The location of the property was nice, the bar on level 1 was also fantastic with great drinks! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast had very limited selection. There was an ongoing construction work that we were unaware of happening, so there was loud pounding during the day. We hd some issues with the AC in one of the rooms, did not cool properly.

We had a good stay , Good for family as well couples . Staff was supportive .

The in-house cafe must have more menu ..we didn't feel it was enough to even chose....very selective options due to which we had to go out in heavy rain.

Everything about this stay was excellent! The staff, breakfast, room, cleanliness and interior design are just amazing! Breakfast on rooftop was fabulous to see the city and click nice photos. The dinner was served quickly and was delicious.

Food Catering staff AC not working peoperly

On check-in day room offered to us was very cramped. no space for movement. it was nowhere near what is on display on the website. unsafe furniture for children. however the staff was gentle to change room on next day, but the entire first day we had to spend in a tiny room. otherwise, overall comfort and cleanliness are very good. The location is perfect. needs to work on furniture as it may injure guests.

The hotel is of beautiful palace-style inside and outside. Short walking to the old city and main attractions. Fantastic views from the restaurant and roof top terrace. Breakfast/lunch/dinner were tasty. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Bloom is a gorgeous property set just outside the old city, meaning you can get a car to the hotel and not need a tuktuk. The artwork in the Bloom is incredible and we were even treated to a look at one of the areas being freshly painted, was amazing to see the artists at work. We loved the roof top restaurant and the food was amazing. Beautiful rooms with gorgeous hot showers with really good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond. Ashok kumar jhujhunu was our breakfast waiter and he spoilt us. Ajay Joshi was a massive blessing to have around, exchanging cash and organising goods to be sent home to Australia. And the biggest joy was meeting the manager, he has the most amazing story telling abilities and gave us such insight into the lives of the people of Udaipur.

We loved our time at the Bloom and the only thing that we didn't like was leaving.

We really liked the place, the hotel is very pretty. There is not much a view from the hotel, but the hotel itself is very picturesque !

We did not opt for the breakfast and I would suggest not to, it did not look great

Area around the hotel is not clean. The management should approach the municipality to do get it cleaned

Sewer smell in the bathroom. There were no chairs in the room to sit.
