Old world charm preserved amazingly well

Speed of service is slow

Food options were limited as per the menu card sent to the room and the price was very much higher

Dining room staff not interested in service. Had to literally beg to get served, with great reluctance order was taken. Bhagwant Singh literally took 15 mins searching for writing pad to take order. Breakfast was served 30 mins behind schedule and when it was finally served had barely enough for ten people. No replenishments came despite n waiting for 20 plus minutes. Eventually we decided to have breakfast outside for the entire duration of our stay despite paying for it as part of package. Non existent room service, no menu came to room despite calling multiple times over three hours. Strictly avoidable property.

some traditional room interior, big bathroom and dining area in particular.

nothing to be unliked but breakfast menu could be improved as they have only 4 or 5 dishes to offer. no juice or fruits in breakfast.

Hotel Staff's are really good and very receptive to customer requirement . Excellent team . Continue your service

Staff are good and place so clean even it's raining they were cleaning.

Hot water at nights is an issue, u need to inform and they gave us twin bed room and it was not comfortable.

Staff very polite and well manners.

Staff at reception was verry verry good personality.

Property was good

Had dinner on the hotel insist , but food quality was bad it seems to be they served us stale food because every one in my family got sick after eating the food.not recommend food at garden hotel.
