Hotel extremamente sujo e abandonado. Espelho do banheiro despencando. Fui abrir a janela do banheiro para desembaçar o espelho e a maçaneta totalmente frouxa, em tempo de cair. Sanitário imundo. Ainda bem que tinha lenços desinfetantes comigo. Portas dos armários rangendo e frouxas. Parede descascando e muita poeira. Completo abandono.

the rooms are old and not like the pictures on booking . the girl at the reception try to scam for more money by giving me wrong usd rate .

few people in front desk . difficult to contact throug 99 dial shower was too hot and always activate the fire alarm

Very clean facility, attentive staff right from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, pistachio cake....like what the heck (I mean in a great way) and the waiter made an amazing cup of cappuccino. Overall, a really great experience. Definitely a value for money.

The furniture is too old and the sheets have some holes But overall the review is base in the customer service received from the staff. -When we arrived to the location nobody help us with the luggage, securityguy? look at us in a very bad manners - At the desk the person didn’t make any eye contact and also it was very straightforward making any effirt to make us feel welcome -At the check out also the person at the desk had the same manners, We ask to storage our luggage and the person point a door so we walked there with our belongings I believe it should be the other way around, also we asked for directions and the replied was -left ( I really think is not enough to get anywhere)
