Tive uma experiência desagradável, onde vi uma barata dentro do meu quarto. Ao relatar ao time da recepção, não percebi surpresa por parte do time. Solicitei troca de roupas de cama e toalhas e assim o fizeram.

poor communication, overcharged my card. I paid one person and when I came back to check out fully they were no longer there and said I had not paid. held me up from my uber. uber left and charged me. had to pay EXTRA. and get another uber. overall I don't know if the one worker stole the money or what. the language barrier made it even harder tot understand everything. I will not be staying there again

Poor quality of towels, extremely stinky pillows and room itself, speedily the carpet smells like mold. it was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I asked for new pillows and they brought me another set of stinky pillows with fresh pillow covers. I stayed 6 nights, the toiletries including soap and essentials was changed only twice, I do not know the reason why they couldn’t replace ir when I was running low and needed it.

If you book in advance, prices are very competitive. Breakfast is one of the reason why I like to come back regularly to this hotel. Very stratetic position in Sao Paulo

Way too slow the check-in. Bathroom is small and uncomfortable.
