I have been to this hotel before the pandemic that is why we booked to go back, but the quality has gone down drastically (however price went up). the room wasn’t cleaned properly (we had no toilet paper in one day) and we used the glasses one night and they were not changed. under the bed was a mess of dust and hair. the room we stayed was super noise because of the road and train, I had to use white noise to sleep. the breakfast was also disappointing if we compare to what it used to be… for the price I paid I would really expect a better selection (the brioche was hard!)…

Comfortable, upscale hotel very close to the convention we attended.

Our shower flooded the entire bathroom every time we used it, the safe in the room didn't work, the whole hotel is worn at the edges and needs a refreshing.

The location was great, since my wife needed to be at the Golden dome for a congress. I went with the kids to the zoo and aquarium (which was fantastic). It was also really close to Congonhas. So the location was great.

The lobby was fantastic, but the room (in our case the presidential suite) needed repairs (several windows cracked, wood in the bathroom inflated, wardrobe doors didnt close properly, lack of plates, knifes, ... in the kitchen, etcetera) you would expect a better environment. Also in the breakfast room they serve beverages in what seems 100 year old jugs, going to the bathroom you see walls of which the paint peels of, and you sit on chairs that have very visible stains (yes on all chairs) and table cloths with stains. Just not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. Also the swimming pool was so cold we couldnt swim in it.

Breakfast was great, especially the live music!
