Everything was AMAZING! From the hotel, location, staff and amenities. Special thanks to all the staff who went above and beyond from check-in to check-out.

The view was absolutely incredible. The best in Santorini. Our room had a small outdoor cave and hot tub that was stunning and peaceful.

Thé view from the villa was breathtaking but what made our stay special was the staff. They were just perfect !

Service, organization prior. I do not like to be bothered multiple times to coordinate a transfer that ended up being late, was not on par with the service suggested or cost and was late. Upon arrival we were not offered any kind of refreshments as would be in keeping with a resort of this caliber but were made to sit and wait repeatedly while the staff fumbled with the same questions that they had repeatedly asked us prior to our arrival.

The staff were amazing and were so accommodating. The breakfasts were incredible with numerous options and there was special daily bites and jams etc. see photo for the breakfast basket and platter (these changed each day) .. there was also a a la carte menu of about 20 options too. We also received a bottle of wine on arrival and mini bites which was a nice touch and chocolates on our pillows each evening. The pool , room and breakfast views were breathtaking. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

the hotel suggested a number of external trips to us and booked them for us, but I wish more info was provided to us prior to the day. We had to keep asking and we’re not getting very far. ie what times were we getting picked up, trip details and what we needed to take with us. At the last min on asking more than 5 times we found out we needed to take our passports on the boat. it would be helpful if all this could have been written down and left on a card in our room.

Spectacular views of the hotel will remain in our memory forever. Also thank to Chromata Hotel for the room upgrade and late checkout! It made our stay very comfortable!

The breakfast was fantastic as were the servers. The location of the restaurant is wonderful. You cannot beat the view.

The bathroom ceiling was too low for my husband but he is 6'5". He could not fully stand up in front of the sink but the shower was fine.

The restaurant and pool staff were awesome. The guys handling the luggage were awesome too given the challenges up and down stairs in Santorini.

We did not believe we were provided great direction/advice on activities and restaurants in the area by the hotel concierge. Seemed the concierge thought “he knew best” even after we described what were our interests and tastes. We figured most of our activities/restaurants on our own. Also, the property seems a bit tired and could use a freshen up, especially given it is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World association.
