Great location, very friendly staff and the room is very spacious, great bed and linen. Also nice to have a small kitchenette.

Unfortunately our stay was spoilt with noisy guests and even after contacting reception at 1:30am they continued to party loudly.

The parking

Kinda enjoyed… let me explain when I arrived the room wasn’t ready and a total mess with cigarette smoke. They switched me to a smaller room when I paid for the penthouse suite and didn’t even offer partial money back. The elevator/lift was broken upon arrival. Breakfast decent. Views were nice.

This was one of a few places which could accommodate my husband and myself with my adult daughter in the same flat/room at the time. My daughter could go sit and read in the garden down stairs, off reception. Very clean apartment - beautiful bed linen Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have like a toaster in the kitchen.

Excellent location. Swimming pool was nice but a small area which fills up at busy times. Staff were friendly.

Had some issues with my air conditioning, weak wifi in parts of the room.

The room wasn’t fully clean. The trash was still full from the previous guests and there wasn’t soap filled in the containers.

Gute Lage in Seapoint. Strand, Lokale und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Umgebung war belebt und sicher. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Die Küchenzeile war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. It was in a nice location with good restaurants and cafes nearby and also within walking distance to the beach front. The included breakfast was of a very good standard. Would recommend others to stay here.

The location is perfect walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops.

They aren’t prepped that great for loadshedding, we had one backup light. The price, location and reception staff makes up for it though.

The service by staff was amazing. I was particularly fond of Asi and Thandi (with the dreadlocks).

The breakfast was lacklustre. Didn’t offer pastries like croissants and hot beverages like flavoured lattes. They should offer a variety of breakfast items. Overall, the food was fresh

These are very minor improvements that can be made and did not effect the enjoyment of my trip: Kitchen needed some tumblers. Fresh milk instead of the sachets. Desk was missing a chair. Better quality soap in shower.
