location was perfect. Right by the beach and amenities were close by. The kids could walk to the beach by themselves. when there was load shedding, we still had internet.

This really is the perfect beachfront apartments! Amazing location, great value for money. Gayle is superb, always answers quickly and if you need anything she goes above and beyond to help as well as her husband. The instructions to get keys and everything is very clear and easy which makes it easy to check in and out as well. We had a really lovely stay, thank you so much, definitely highly recommend and will be coming back for sure!! Building security was also really friendly and helpful.

I stayed in Perfect Beachfront Apartments from 29 April till 3 May 2023. It's a clean, beautiful apartment located at the beach front. Easily accessible to all main attractions, eateries, and posh locality.

We had a lovely stay, definitely value for money. The location is excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Security is also great, we felt very safe.
The apartment was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however we were disappointed to find that the tv and safe were not working when we arrived and there were no beach towels upon request as promised. It would also be great if the keys to the property were available at the security desk instead of a nearby location. Overall the apartment was pleasant and the host was very friendly and responded promptly to all requests.

Very friendly and helpful host. Stunning apartment with everything you need and more, loved the little balcony outside with a bit of a sea view. Great location for exploring Cape Town with friends and very very comfortable beds.

Nice lounge space for socialising, host was helpful and attentive, bed mattresses very comfortable, lovely shower, greàt location that felt incredibly safe, plenty of comfy blankets and pillows, nice modern uncluttered apartment. Bulbs blew on switching on light but host very prompt the next day to replace, for which we were grateful.
The bedding felt very slightly dusty for me (allergy), there were very stern warnings about towels, shower doors etc (maybe the hosts have had bad experiences with the public), only 1 dish towel was provided but another on request, very few teabags provided, cleaning stuff like dusty brooms stored in clothes cupboard, an apartment being built next door so noisy construction during the day.

Sea Point is a beautiful location. The apartment was neat and modern and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Having a bit of an ocean view is nice. Very close to the shops. Mojo Market was great food and live music was lovely.
The en-suite bathroom was a bit too small.

Their towels, their linen, broken pots, dirty stove in the upper apartment. Cleaning material was given on the 3rd day. We slept with the same linen from Monday till Thursday: we are not used to that.

We as a family would have enjoyed one stiffer pillow on the beds for each, all the pillows at the moment is to soft and fluffy.

Gayle was very responsive and accommodating as we were allowed to check in earlier due to us arriving in CT in the morning. This was most appreciated.
The apartment was neat and all the essentials were provided.
I also appreciated the location as it was central to most places on our itinerary.

Gayle and her husband are very sweet when it's time to book and they recieve money
They expect 4 people to use 1 set of towels for 5 days
When towels are dirty they want you to pay another R1020 after a deposit of R1000 because of towels being dirty🤔

Close to beach and swimming pool. Close to shopping mall.
Guard in building the whole day. I felt very safe
They are building a large block of flats next to the buiding and there was noise the whole day.
View onto flats next door. Advertised as mountain view. Only tiny part of mountain visible between skyscraper flats

Perfect 3 bedroom apartment, 2 x bathroom, kitchen, and lounge, the stuff gave us a warm welcome, perfect location...waking up to the sound of the ocean and seagulls was pure bliss. Also situated central to all beaches, eating places and the V&A Waterfront. Beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoyed watching the sun set at 20:30pm! the 2rd visit will be very soon. Amazing place!
The hosts were welcoming and friendly; the place is homely and cosy; liked the fact that its very neat. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Grand Pavilion. It's proximity to major attractions makes it ideal for tourists. I would definetely come back .
