Very comfortable, large room. Friendly staff and good location.

It was centrally located. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning and were spacious.
My room was upstairs and I had to take my luggage up.

Lage in Seapoint nah an der Promenade. Restaurants in der Nähe. Ruhiger schöner Innenhof. In die Innenstadt fährt man ca 10 Minuten mit dem Uber.
Die Betten waren mir zu hart.

Nous avons bien apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Hazel.
Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison .
La chambre et salle de bien sont bien équipées et agréable .
Le guesthouse est dans un quartier calme et assez sécurisé. En tout cas nous n’ avons pas eu de problème.
On peut atteindre le bord de mer en 10 min à pied et le Water Front en une heure .
L’’arrêt du bus ‘Hop-on, Hop-off est en 5-10 min à pied devant l’ hôtel Winchester.

We really appreciated being able to check in shortly after noon on our day of arrival and also to stay in the lounge until 2.30 pm while waiting for our shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure. Hazel was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit salad, granola and yogurt as well as a variety of breads and eggs made to order. Location is very quiet in residential neighborhood in Green Point, close to ocean promenade and Green Point park as well as in walking distance to Main Road with lots of eateries, bars etc.
Nothing - everything was perfect.

It was low season - there’s a pool but too cold, liked little terrace, ground floor entry - comfy w good storage.
Very secure - lounge had a fire a couple of nights, made it cozy. Good breakfast.
I needed to work at table - which meant finding a place for coffee things etc, I made it work but another small table would have helped. I’m sure they would have found something if I’d asked :-)

Great, quiet location, very close to the sea promenade, close to Hop on/off bus station. 7 minutes by Uber to Waterfront, also achievable by foot taking a nice walk along the ocean.
As for accomodation, nicely equipped, nice living room with space to have breakfast or just to sit and have a drink. Very pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed Cape Town and the stay at Olaf's a lot.
Just suggest to be careful of all your belongings and use a safe (or have precious things with you) in case you have some jewelery or higher amount of money.

1. It was advertised as a B and B, as soon as we paid we got an email asking of we would like to upgrade the room include breakfast, this is SHOCKING.
2. The Bed was quite possibly the worst we have ever slept on! I had chronic back ache every morning

Guests should note that on weekends you can hear the party from the main road. Nonetheless, it is great accommodation.

the lady managing the property was adorable and so nice. loved the breakfasts as well. the small pool was fantastic and the rooms like home
nothing really. sea point can be a little tricky but this place is great located close to the sea promenade

The location couldn’t be any better and Raymond was super accommodating when we found out our flight back home was canceled… Always nice to meet good people.

Olaf's Guest House is a small and very convenient B&B located at Sea Point. Good location, good value for money, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Raymond (the proprietor) used to live in Germany, speaks German fluently and is a big fan of HSV.
Various nice restaurants within walking distance, ample parking.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great breakfast; I had whatever I requested for and was excellently prepared and presented. Raymond and Hazel Were great hosts ... how I wished I could stay longer. I will definitely not only go back There, but also recommend it to friends in Kenya
The swimming pool, although it served the purpose for which it was constructed, could do with a few meters of length.
