Everything was amazing

May be small swimming pool but big aqua park and wonderful snorkeling. We even saw some dolphins.

Jaz Dar El Madina was the best choice we could have done for our trip. It is a small resort so there were not a lot of guests which made our stay even better because it was very relaxing and quiet. Everyone working in the resort took extra care of us. They always went above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests. The chefs were always available to satisfy our food requirements providing us with extra vegan options! The receptionist Abd Allah was so kind and made our stay extra. He reserved all the 3 restaurants for us even if we technically were only allowed to book one. Thank to him we could also check out later without paying an extra fee. But most importantly Abd Allah had always a smile ready for us! The bartender Waled also known as Bello was also super kind and fun with us and his cocktails recommendations were always the best. The workers at the spa especially Selma and Nona were also amazing and provided us with an amazing relaxing massage. Thank you all for giving us the best experience. We will definitely be back!

Location. It’s located like about 10 min from international airport Marsa Alam. Very kind staff - from housekeeping, gardeners until restaurants and bar staff, reception. Own aqua park.

The location is exceptional Amazing aqua Cool animation team you will feel they are family ❤️ Super friendly and welcoming staff ( chefs,housekeeping, life guards receptionist,WAITERS) food variety that meets every taste with excellent quality and superb taste . Everything everything is amazing 🤩

Great staff, beautiful garden and many activities to fill out your day. Eventhough we are not particulary fond of heated pools, we loved this one - the temperature was just perferct! Our last day we booked quad ride and it was worth it if you don't want to spend your day just sitting around the pool.

The prices in the shops are way too expensive, the guys out there can get intrusive. The food could have been better.

The staff was great OMG I loved them all especially Rihanna in the animation team my niece loved her so much
