EVERYTHING!!! it had the 5 most important things I look for when traveling 1) incredibly perfect location. 2) very safe.. 3) very clean 4) cozy, and beautiful rooms. 4) quiet . 5) nice staff.

The property was located next to the Cathedral with access to everything! The rooms were inviting, clean, quiet and the shower…AMAZING🥰 Laurie is the most gracious and accommodating host ever! I cancelled part of my trip in another town to come back! simply amazing!

I thought that the breakfast was going to be a buffet but it was not, it was specifically made for me by the owner which was quite cute. Room was clean.

The location was hard to find since I arrived with a taxi. In their description they said that check-in is possible whenever and I thought that they had a 24/7 front desk because they claim to be a hotel, but in reality it was more of like a motel and they had just left my room key card to the front desk without supervision. The building had no elevator and I had to carry a heavy suitcase in the SMALLEST STAIRCASE OF MY LIFE. The room was also hard to find since it was behind a black door that didn't say "Rooms" or anything, so I had to contact the owner in the middle of the night to even find my room. A lot of noice from the street. Weird room layout; the shower was next to the bed and the "toilet room" didn't have a mirror.

The location was fantastic.

we stayed during winter, and the shower floor was freezing cold.

i liked the beds, the colour of the room and the open shower.

in weekends it can get a bit noisy in the street because of the cafes next to the hotel

The location is simply perfect, just in front of the Cathedral and within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we arrived late and it was possible to self check-in in a very uncomplicated way.

Being so central, it can be a bit loud in the evening, but you can't expect otherwise from such a great location!

Heating was a bit too high for the unseasonable warmth we had and couldn’t adjust it.

The location is amazing, and the room even had a view of the cathedral. The staff were so friendly, allowing me to check in way before 3pm. The design of the room was superb and so stylish. Could rave about this hotel all day long.

Great location, stunning decor. Helpful staff. They called me 2 taxis that didn’t come and the owner herself took me to the station. It’s minutes too the centre and restaurants. Perfect location.

Absolute highlight of our Belgium trip. We wish we stayed longer in this gorgeous boutique design hotel. What a wonderful experience. LOCATION NEXT TO THE CATHEDRAL IS SUPERB. THE HOTEL IS ONE WE HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES BEFORE BUT HAS GONE UNDER A REFURB ANS NEW NAME. THE OWNER IS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CURRENT ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CITY AND SPENT TIME TO EXPLAIN
