Dichtbij UZA. Vriendelijk personeel, rustig, fijne douche.

Vloerbedekking was niet echt schoon.

Receptionist the next day was helpful

Arrived to the reception totally in darkness, didn’t appear to be open but was. The 2 receptionists, both young women, sat on their seats as we approached the desk and didn’t get up or greet us. They then proceeded to discuss who was going to serve us, while we waited in front of them. One finally got up and handed us our key card and said your room number is on the card. Poor, poor service. Get to the room and the TV can’t be switched on by the remote, had to work out how to switch it in by the toggle button below. Specifically said that EV chargers were available, reception knew little about EV charging and how it operated and the chargers were actually situated at the hospital car park adjacent to the hotel. We were given verbal directions but couldn’t find the charging points! Gave up! Surely, this is a pre-requisite of hotels today to know and provide customers with accurate info on charging and charging facilities?

Really fantastic hotel, large spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, and a walk-in shower!

Breakfast was large.

Nice hotel, close to UZA, and with good communication to old town and Antwerp city center. Very nice nad helpfoul nad kind personel.
