Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. This apartment was very reasonable for a family of 4 needing to be near the Mall of the Emerites and a good base for exploring the rest of Dubai. Excellent supermarket just up the road. Staff extremely helpful

We would have liked a bit more cutlery crockery and cooking pans, this was very sparse but we managed

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with insects and flies in the room, which completely ruined my stay. It seems there aren’t adequate pest control measures in place, as the insects were noticeably present throughout the room. I hope the hotel will improve cleanliness and pest control to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

Needs updating bathrooms and kitchen . Kitchen utensils ( pan) was horrible to use.

The apartment size was good

It was not clean as expected from a 4 stars hotel It needs a deep cleaning The furniture is very old and not good and clean The hotel facility is very poor, like a 2 stars hotel Breakfast is very basic, very far from a 4 stars hotel

very comfortable and spacious rooms.everything , reception staff , housekeeping everyone did very good job. available 24hrs for anything you need. very good response in every request. definitely will visit again and will recommend others.

the only thing missing is availability of " any computer desk /printer " for some official work when needed.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, all facilities and kitchen equipment you need is provided. Very kind and helpful staff, my big thanks specifically to Austin. Nice roof top pool. Astonishing room service just a call away. Very convenient location in the vivid area near MOE.

The room bit too dark. Bed bit too unevenly soft.

Ahmed at the reception and Ganesh were amazing in delivering top customer service. The location was fantastic (close to the MoE), the 2-bedroom apartment was super spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff is very dedicated.
