Very nice hotel with attentive and helpful staff. We very lucky to have a view over a mountain. Good breakfast. They also offered a nice buffet for dinner.

The floor in bathroom had no heating.

Simple, clean, and effective. Great overnight stay when passing by on a road trip.

No overnight car charging, but not too much of an issue with fast chargers being available nearby 👍

The hotel was clean and easy to find.

Room was smaller than expected and bathroom was especially small. Bathroom sink was too shallow as drain did not promptly drain away water, so if ran water during tooth brushing etc., the sink was full by time finished. And the shower was incredibly small to the point that people would bump elbows if two in the bathroom at the same time. Also, since there was a restaurant attached to the hotel we presumed it had various food choices available. However, when we went for dinner we found that a buffet was the only choice. Surprised to find that the buffet cost = $35/head despite lack of choice options.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent

The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was good though less good than in other Thon hotels that we stayed in. The location is good to explore the nearby nature. Free parking.

Bed lice 😖, very noisy at night (cars playing really loud music, standing just outside the hotel), room temperature too high

Otta is in a beautiful location but the town is visually grim.

Location is perfect and super clean an comfortable place!

Breakfast with very few vegan options (soy or oat milk for coffee (which would be good for lactose intolerant people too), margarine without milk etc)
