The pool beach food and the service was amazing.
I paid more to be close to the pool. The hot tub was not hot and no hot tub in my room. Mix drinks were not that great so stuck to beer. Main bartender was rude. Everyone else was amazing.

The hospitality of a small hotel and the luxury of the Zoetry chain. It was our third time and hopefully not the last one, truly a "home away from home" feeling. Fresh food, made to order, excellent service and kindness. The spa massages were great, yoga, pool & beach service.

The food was good and the 7 course meal at the French restaurant was amazing. Most of the staff was lovely, especially those at the restaurants and the spa. The pool and beach area were really beautiful and peaceful. Great for a low key romantic type getaway.
We booked zoetry as the “special” leg of our trip to Cancun/Isla. Upon arrival we were given a room on the ground floor, which was not what we had booked for our stay. They told us it was an “upgrade” but that’s not the case, they made an error and over booked their rooms and were trying to cover it up, which they ultimately admitted to. When we pushed to get the room we booked, or similar, they put us in another room that immediately smelled of fumes when we walked in. Like, noxious gas or fuel. We opened things up to let it air out and ultimately went downstairs for a while, hoping it would dissipate. When coming back in the room hours later it still smelled strongly of fumes and when we asked the front desk to come and check it out they sent the cleaning staff with a mop, which isn’t going to fix whatever was causing the smell. We both weren’t feeling right due to the fumes so we asked if we had any options. They moved us back downstairs to the ground floor, with a promise of switching us to the room we actually booked the next day. The next day came and they were trying to get us back into the room with the fumes and/or get us ti stay where we were and we declined and conceded to staying on the ground floor for our stay.
Additionally upon arrival they asked if we were celebrating anything and we shared it was our anniversary celebration. Many doors had “happy birthday” and “happy anniversary” signs on them. We never received the well wishes on our door. They also asked us on arrival if we wanted the sparking wine service in our room or red/white wine, which they claimed to restock daily. We never once had wine delivered to our room. They also stock each room with a nice beach tote, of which ours had none.
In the room they had a steam shower, but the shower door was completely missing. So not only did the steam shower not work but the floor was a lake every time we showed.

The staff were amazing. very friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurants were both high quality. everything we tried was great. The beach was nice and quiet.

One of the 2 restaurants has a dress code but nobody enforces it and they keep saying they are fully booked but there were lot of empty tables and walk-ins (loud drunk tourists in shorts and tshirts - it's supposed to be a place for a nice quiet dinner with just some background music). We have visited before years ago and the facility now looks bit run down.

The food was unreal, the staff were very attentive. The extra restaurant offers 7 course taster menus and it was some of the nicest food we had eaten in a long time.
Large iguanas live on the beach and creeped me out by watching us and bouncing.

- the checkin process is way too much paperwork. They already have all of our information & way too much
- arrival by boat is grand, but getting them the info is cumbersome. They don’t read their emails & you just keep giving them the same info over & over

Great location, friendly staff.
Reservation free resturants is not correct, you have to reserve a table at one resturant and we were not able to get a table during our stay. The picture of the roof top hot tub is not correct. The hot tub is a bath which takes over an hour to fill and stays warm for 15min. The rooms were not cleaned daily or stocked, we had to continually ask to have our room cleaned and stocked with waters.

Loved the all-inclusive. Croissants were fabulous. Loved the fact that if you wanted something not on the food menu, they were, mostly, able to make it.
I seemed to be a bit confused on room cleaning. Empty glassware wasn't picked up by cleaning staff but if I asked, it was gone within 10mins.

Stolen laptop at the hotel
We left on Sep 24 from room 202. I was in rush and while packing I put my laptop on the top of the couch. I forgot it there and left for the hotels's catamaran to go to airport. I wasn't sure I packed it but didn't have a chance to check it and when I landed I noticed it wasn't there. In case my memory falses me, I checked that my suitcase lock wasn't open so even if I packed it, it should have been there but I made sure I left it at the hotel. We called the hotel and they said room service didn't find anything. So I am sure hotel employees stole my laptop. Rooms are small and laptop was at a visible place. There is no way that they missed it. Such a shame that they can hide this and keep someone else's belonging. They postponed me saying they will investigate but it has been a week and they didn't call. Don't go to this hotel. They are sketchy.

i liked the service by the beach, the guys Jabar and Ulises were awesome. The beach was very good. The 2nd restaurant Le Metissage (open only for dinner Fri-Sat-Sun) was excellent.
a single menu at the one restaurant that was always open. Bed is quite hard. There could a little more entertainment in the evenings.
