A lot of space and had so many activities to do.

No supermarket near by so getting groceries was hard. There are buses but it is hard to tell when to get off.

The server at the lower part of the beach. Very rude person. Told us that we couldn't sit next to the bench.told in a un professional maner.that we needed to buy something.he pressured us.i told him we're gust at the hotel.but still .didn't fix the situation. We had to move.felt very uncomfortable .didn't feel like we belonged there.if you like to talk to me my name is victor zendejas. Stayed therefor 4 nights.never has this happened to me .hope you fix this.we would love to come back.thank you

the staff all have different answers to questions, as if not everyone knows the hotels policy. they also put me in a situation that they could have easily fixed but chose not to. i decided to only spend one night & went to another hotel. the drivers the hotel selected over charged me thinking i don’t know how to do simple math w| the exchange rate & even after all of that i asked them to change my usd to mxn peso

Hotel is acceptable, but service was terrible

The hotel had an event that played very loud music until 1.00am in the morning. When we asked to be moved to a quieter room, they charged us for an upgrade !!! Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk service that told us to speak to Booking as it wasn’t their problem.
