As everyone notes, location is one of the best things about this hotel. The pool is clean. The staff are friendly and very, very helpful. The beds are firm with soft topper and the rooms are quiet. Cleaning staff do a decent job, although it's hard to clean room carpet that's been there since the 1980s. The breakfast is excellent: multiple hot Thai entrees, hot noodle soup, full salad bar (with sliced gouda cheese, tiny pickles, olives and salmon), egg station, pancakes, rice soup, sausages, multiple kinds of fresh fruit, breads and pastry (including gluten free bread), at least six kinds of tea, plus fresh coffee, hot cocoa and juices. It costs 500 baht per person if not included in your room.

The biggest downside is the fitness center. There are three treadmills, two ellipticals, and four bikes- all older but still work. The free weights are brand new- however seem to be made of PVC plastic, likely with BPA because they are releasing very strong gases. Such plastic is suspected to cause cancer and at the very least smells awful. The multipurpose weight lifting machine is old and not maintained well- friction in the cables adds extra tension making is difficult to choose how much you are really lifting. In fact, I pulled a muscle. I lift weights regularly and am in good shape so this was quite a surprise. The machine should be replaced or simply removed. It's dangerous. The biggest issue is the fitness "center" is really just part of a hallway and the aircon doesn't get turned on until 6am. Many guests come here from all over the world and need to exercise at odd hours before/after a flight- the hotel would be wise to build a wall (glass or otherwise) and install air conditioners that could be turned on/off by the guests whenever they use the area.

The bed is absolutely comfortable. It was really hard to get out of bed in the morning. I also like that we can get to DMK airport by a sky bridge. It’s very convenient.

friendly staff. Room service was amazing. Rooms are a little bit on the older side but very clean and specious. Have a direct tunnel over the highway from 2nd floor to the airport which was very helpful.

Internet for room only allows 4 devices at a time which is an old hotel concept still for some reason. We travel full time and stay in hundreds of hotels. The old school hotels still have these outdated way of doing Wifi. only complaint. We work online so we needed more than 4 devices.

location is perfect,. next to Don Muang airport. I’ve booked the hotel especially when we had early flights. you only walk across the bridge from the hotel to the airport. easy!

There didn’t seem to be any instructions on how to get there from the arrival hall to the elevator to take you to the hotel .
