We could see the hotel is being upgraded so just a few small things in our room that could have been nicer but over all the a lovely room

Breakfast and dinner very good. Room unbearably hot Difficult to sleep.. Swimming pool enclosed and no ventilation. Over. 40 degrees inside. Had to go down to reception every time you entered. Only 6 loungers inside and only 8 in the garden. Impossible to get one. Could not use the spa facilities without paying £15 each. Added to the £30 for the car park. Shame as the hotel was very clean and staff excellent. Would not go again.

Good location, places to eat nearby. Did not eat at the hotel.

Bedroom was nice, but bathroom was dated and needed some attention. Main areas were more modern and more up to date. Pillows weren't that comfy.

Nice clean room

Lift out of service which wasn’t good for those of us with mobility issues. Lot of other building work going on, lounge area

Great location for centre and beaches. Friendly staff. Recently refurbished room with huge comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Excellent shower. The gym (much better than expected) and pool were great. Food in restaurant was also very good. Would definitely come back. Lots of comfy seating options in the bright social spaces.

Minor quibbles. Even better if the room had a fridge. Also, we used the spa (at modest extra cost) which was relaxing but the steam room wasn't working and didn't seem much of an effort to fix it.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Good facilities and good food in restaurant.

Radiator in bathroom broken so couldn’t be turned off had to use air on to counteract the heat!!

The spa facilities were absolutely spot-on for what I needed, the gymnasium was very very well equipped, much more than you would expect in a hotel and the Jacuzzi etc brilliant..

The staff were all engaging even one of the painters, carrying out some work stopped to say hello, and smiled. It really does make the difference…

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Very quiet during the day and night.

Very warm room. 1st floor had little air and as we had a heatwave the room was quite stuffy. Luckily they had a fan in the wardrobe. When we come again we will go for a ground floor room. Having to pay for the carpark £12.00 a day should be free for residents of the hotel in my opinion. Shower head wouldn't stay up, it kept sliding down but easily fixed.

It was clean and we were lucky enough to have air-conditioning in our room.

The breakfast was just ok, and the staff were not particularly helpful.

the room we were in had no windows but had doors onto the balcony but it was ground floor so leaving doors open felt like a security risk BUT it was super hot in the room and the fan was not enough!

Bathroom. no extractor fan. Although shower was very powerful it kept falling off the holder when turned on. Also Bath could be removed and walk in shower put in as quite dangerous getting in over the edge of the bath with no handrails.

We really enjoyed our stay, left relaxed. Loved facilities and location. Very clean.

Not much to complain about. No mirror in bathroom above sink. I think our room was new and they’d forgotten one. Remote didn’t reach TV unless you sat at end of bed but our room was so spacious and the TV was huge.
