Key cards didn’t work at first and we had to get new ones. We’re told we’d get door stops for our adjoining rooms but they were never delivered

Wifi was unsecured, slow and restricted. Room was bland and very uninviting Lift was very slow

The location was superb and the views from the the sky high rooms were spectacular

Only one lift working so had to wait a long time for the single lift that was operating The room also needs a bit of a spruce up too We had no side plates so had to use a small saucer to put our toast on

Love the location.

Staff do not clean the rooms. Only one elevator was working.

Finding this property is very easy and well-advertised. The beds were extremely comfortable and pillows. Location is perfect, right near all the hot spots and restaurants, trams etc. Parking is a little tight but kind of what you expect in the city. The lifts were under maintenance during our stay, but we were informed and knew there was going to be delays etc. Have added photos from our little balcony, so beautiful!!

Studio room was extremely small, should have been advertised and priced as a hotel room. I had to upgrade to a 1 bedroom.

The room and location was fantastic. We had full Foxtel and all the amenities in the room.

We checked in after 2pm, but we still had to wait for our room to be ready. It wasn't ready for 20-30 minutes

Location to Princess Theatre and close to a tram stop and IGA.

Only one very small lift, for 30 odd floors and cleaning staff with huge trolleys as the other was out of order. Room was not ready, even at 2.20pm and it took us half hour to reach our room because of the lift. Bathroom was mouldy and room obviously cleaned very quickly. TV channels did not work and there was no information about the hotel or the area. The bath/shower was very high off the floor and very hard to get in and out off without slipping for both myself and my child, at times dangerous. I would not stay here again. No where open on the weekend close by to eat breakfast before checkout. Very disappointed.

only ONE lift works and now both lifts don’t work being on the 27th floor this is horrible! my partner had to go to work and walk down 27 flights of stairs at 5am! i don’t think this is acceptable. you have elderly guests and people with luggage who can’t bring all their stuff up and down 27 flights of stairs. i have stayed at many oaks hotels and never encountered this. i wouldn’t stay here again. they should refund all guests for the day both lifts aren’t working.

Apartment was spacious and a great location.

Unfortunately one of the lifts is being repaired.

fans in the bathroom were not working.

We had a studio room for 2 nights on 26th floor then a 1 bed appt on 9th floor for a further 6 nights. Both rooms were comfortable and super clean. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Centrally located this hotel was perfect for us, we walked into centre of town easily, used bus's and trains and pick ups for excursions was round the corner. We met up with family during our stay too. Loads of places to eat locally and shopping malls a plenty! We'd definitely use this hotel again if in Melbourne again.
