We had a great 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Comfy and clean. Good location. Lovely heated pool. Would definitely go again.

The place is conveniently located and has a beautiful view The apartment is spacious and clean Check in process was fairly straightforward and hassle free

They dont have regular housekeeping and towels & basic provisions like dishwasher soap, coffee, sugar sachets are not replenished. For a 4 nights stay we only had 2 dishwashing sachets and handful of coffee / sugar sachets. Having paid close to $400 per night this was not what we were expecting

Had everything we needed in the well equipped rooms. The pool was nice Great location with regular bus service to access everything you need.

In the top room sounded like rats or birds in the wall

The outside And the pool look fantastic But unfortunately every time I booked through bookings.com, I feel the same about the rooms overpriced are not clean enough for renovations are are happening

Have stayed here repeatedly and will again. Perfect for families. Great location and amenities. Would happily recommend.

Unit needs refurbishing

Location was good. Room was clean and tidy.

The tv was very hard to operate and after checking out I didn't like being accused of not returning one of the keys when as it turned out the cleaner had misplaced it.

loved the heated pool - that was an absolute godsend. We also loved that it was so accessible to public transport options both to the theme parks and into Surfer's Paradise.

we wanted two apartments and thought they would be on the same level as each other. but they were not , they were one above the other. We checked out of one of the appartments one day early to be informed we should have checked out of middle level and remained in the third floor But as my mum was elderly and we were not informed which one need to be vacated we vacated the highest level first to make easier for our mother …apartments suitable for younger generation not an 80+ yr old lady as she found it hard to manage all of the stairs …

The pool was really nice and heated too. I liked having 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms

The dryer was ancient and really loud. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Old but spacious and comfortable apartment

Shower could do with a better door

We loved how spacious our apartment was. We loved that everything was exactly where we needed it to be.

There was old food left under the bed, there was bits of hair in our shower and the stairs are an absolute killer!

No light in one room, wasn’t very clean. Weren’t supplied with enough bin bags, washing liquid etc

The room was clean, the pool was great air con worked well.

A couple of the vertical blinds kept falling down in lounge room.

The appartment was extremely comfortable. Laundering facilities and two bathrooms was a major plus. The Pool was wonderful. The location was perfect and reasonably quiet. Beautiful park across the road. We even looked into purchasing the unit that’s for sale we liked it that much.

The pillows were too thin. The plastic chairs and table outside are flimsy and disintegrated from the weather. It was too sunny on the patio, perhaps an umbrella for shade would be a good idea.

I liked the room and complex cleanliness. I liked all amenities were included as well as starter cleaning pack. I liked the location, close to coffee shops, restaurants, ocean and shopping centres.

no aircon in bed rooms was really uncomfortable sleep as was so hot.. also the aircon was so old and leaked and roof was mouldy..
