More a motel / weekly rental than a hotel or resort, you get what you pay for - and a little bit on top. It is clean when you get your room, from then on it`s your responsibility to keep it that way. Beds, blankets etc are a bit dated but clean. TV is ok. The pool and spa are better than in many 4 star hotels I stayed in, the managers are friendly, you have secure parking and a decent laundry. 20 or 30 years ago, this would have been an middle - upper class family stay for the holidays, but it still serves its purpose well. Great location for an extended business trip. Many food and food delivery options, the aquatic centre is just a short stroll away.

Shouting duels and the sound of domestic violence in some of the long-term leases on site. The paid WiFi becomes unrealiable after a few days of usage, and there seem to be jammers operating that prevent you from just using your phone as hotspot.

Terrible customer service. I arrived a bit earlier so the room wasn’t ready, of course. Then I asked if I could leave my baggage somewhere in the meantime. The manager said no. The don’t keep anyone’s baggage. I said that’s a standard service that every hotel provides. Finally, she allowed me to leave my baggage in the reception under my responsibility. After that, I just wanted to go and have some food. When I got back for the check in, the manager asked me to pay a $300 bond/deposit to cover any damage. I refused, I mean that amount is much higher than the full booking price for 2 nights! That just didn’t make any sense. We had an argument and finally she accepted $50 as deposit. I was very angry and dissatisfied at that point and just wanted to leave the property. But I had to stay because any other option would have been more expensive.

Loved it was close to where we needed to be at a decent price. Will be fantastic once the playground across the road reopens after the upgrades. The pool and spa areas looked great, but as it was pouring rain the whole time we were there, we didn't take our 2yo out there.

When we arrived at 5pm in the pouring rain, we were advised that they had lost power at 4am that morning due to a car through a nearby power pole, and didn't know when it was going to come back on. Unfortunately we had just done a cold food shop, including microwave dinners, and nowhere to keep it cold or cook. A phone call or message to advise us before we arrived would have been appreciated. We also contacted Booking.com about some sort of reimbursement, as power didn't come back in until 9pm, but we never received any reply.

be more available to guests. On a 4 day stay asked for clean towels on day 3 and was charged $5 but only for 2 bath towels not a floor mat or hand towel. Also was going to charge $1 for roll of toilet paper as the one on arrival was not full. so busy penny pinching they provide the tiniest dish cloth and then say they will charge if you do not clean up after yourself( photo attached plus a normal cloth in other accommodation places)
