My wife and I stayed here on our way to/from Palenque. Great location close to the airport. Rooms were clean and food was good. Hotel staff were very helpful in arranging all of our ground transportation needs for us while were there, which was very much appreciated since we only spoke English

The restaurant is good, but way to expansive compared to other structures there.

The rooms are small but nice, the shower is very comfortable as well as beds. The restaurants is quite good too. The shuttle service is also appreciable.

It is crazy none speak english within the hotel. This one in particular, being the closest hotel to the airport.

Our stay was great, and staff (especially for breakfast) was really nice and serviceminded.

The only thing was that it was impossible to order the shuffle from the airport. The “welcome mail” we got from the hotel had the wrong number for transport ordering and also it didn’t work to mail the hotel through Booking.com. So we had to pay for a taxi even though the transport from airport to hotel should have been included.

The hotel had a checkout time 1:00 pm this was excellent

The hotel layout is insane. The rooms numbered 1300s are on the same floor as those numbered 2300s and that’s the second floor. Go figure. There is no signage in the hallway except the emergency evacuation route. A bellboy walked me to my room but then after I took a shower and went out to look for dinner I could not find my way back to the lobby. I took several wrong turns and walking down along corridors with no signage. I had been there a week before and my room was much closer to the lobby so I learned my way around pretty fast but this time it was impossible. I had to take my luggage with me to breakfast this morning because I knew I wouldn’t have enough time to walk all the way back to the room and get my luggage and come back in time for my flight

Needed to be near the airport and free pick up was a bonus. Loads of luggage and driver was hotel employee so he took it all the way to my room. Breakfast separate charge but filling and reasonably healthy.

Under construction and all a bit funky. My room was practically underground and the hallways were dark.

It delivered what we expected it to. A little soulless but a perfect overnight stop between 2 long car journeys

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was great.
