Front door after hours access broken and the printout to access the building was lengthy and expected the guest to remember the details of where to go to gain access via a back lane with no lighting m

The breakfast was adequate but on two out of three days we had to request delivery of our breakfast supplies as they were not provided.

Located in the middle of CBD but was very quiet. Hardly noticed that anyone else was around. Free carparking at rear and so could walk everywhere.

The location was amazing and the room was incredibly value for money! The receptionist was so so friendly and helpful.

The corridors are very gloomy and things are dated but can't complain too much about this! The parking is first come first serve but the city has so much off street parking which is affordable and the free hours are even better.

Great location very close to everything. bed was big, conformtable and room was spacious also enjoyed the selection of movies available, room was well lit, and temptature was good with the air con, kitchen was small but meet our requirments.

Parking was limited, struggled to find a parking spot, uncertancy at times not knowing if our car was safe, for such a big parking location. The shower floor would easily flood when using the shower head, water would drip down between the gap of the shower door, the shower door was to close to the rail and hard to get out with how narrow the bathroom is.

No plugs in sink... And we had to turn off fridge as it was very loud... And coukd not sleep for it on 1st night.

The location was good if you want to be in the centre of New Plymouth

We had a room on the first floor. It felt like a dungeon. It was small. The windows were high up as there was no view. The fridge was completely iced up. I couldnt put anything in the ice box. We didnt get a carpark as they were all taken and had to find a carpark on the street. The room wasnt serviced. Aparently they dont service rooms on sunday. Staff were invisible. I wouldnt choose to stay here again.
