The food was exceptional. The resort has many free a la carte options to choose from which I found to be of a very high quality / standard. I personally prefer a la carte vs buffet as it prevents food wastage. Kids club facilities were great. Loads of entertainment options On the whole I found the staff to be very friendly with the exception of one incident when I tried to get my 8 year old son to play in the teens club arcades room (11 - 17 year olds). The chap working at the time didn’t allow him to play on the arcades even though it was empty. I thought he was being quite rigid with the rules. My son did get to play on the arcades quite a few times afterwards though when other staff members were present

I found the beds weren’t very comfortable. Our room also had a sofa bed which felt like sleeping on the floor.

Wonderful garden and beautiful buildings. Rooms were clean and most part of them are new. Food is just amazing. Best place to stay with kids.

The room was modern,spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean and resort. As all inclusive resort, the dining menu and options were extensive and caters for everyone. The cocktails were also good.

The language barrier was frustrating at times. Our booking was not found on the system due to Turkey banning Booking.com which made the check in process a nightmare.

Loved the seaside location. Enjoyed the buffet food with its wide choice of cuisines. A beautiful room.

The incredibly loud music, especially in the evenings. The music choice is great, would have enjoyed it if it hadn’t been such a high volume. Had to leave the pool bar area. Also there was Beach Club music at lunch time.

The resort is huge. There are more than enough pools throughout the resort with enough sun beds even in peak season. There are also enough sun beds by the sea. The size of the duplex room is adequate for a family of 5 and the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and accommodating but most of them don’t speak English which is not what one would expect in a 5 star resort. The resort includes 8 restaurants 5 of which are included in the package while the remaining three are fairly priced (half price for kids). The food at the Japanese restaurant was a bit of a disappointment (it was the one we were looking forward to trying the most) except for their deserts (the soufflé and the matcha) which were delicious. Reservations should be done for dinner in all restaurants except in Al Hayat and Anatolia. This requires pre planning as the restaurants get booked for dinners a week ahead of time so it would be best to book for the entire week in advance. One can always find a snack such as sandwiches, deserts, ice cream in La Rouge as well as corn and fruits at Manav both located next to the water slides. Indoors, there is another La Rouge next to a lounge area and a bar. A pianist is often there as well which gives it a nice ambience. The shows at the amphithéâtre are nice and entertaining but the music is too loud. Throughout the day, there are several activities like aqua bike, aqua gym, water polo, darts, ping pong, another fun game that our kids loved (don’t know it’s name though), giant Jenga etc. Stretching and Yoga are available daily…

Technical issues - Ela’s private transfer (airport to the resort): the AC was not working in the van. - When we reached our room 1433, we noticed at night that the AC of the bottom floor is set on 19 degrees celsius and won’t change; we were freezing. The technician came and tried to fix it but it remained as is and was fixed the following day. So the kids felt so cold the first eve. - Another day, there was a water issue in all the rooms of the hotel for an hour and we had to wait to take our baths. - On one of the days, there was a water leak in the top bathroom and there was a flood in our bathroom. - the following day, the AC in the top floor stopped working and we had to change rooms from 1433 to 1470 which was a hassle. - The first eve in room 1470, we had to again call the technician as the AC was whistling (like an alarm)! The technician applied some lubricant. In terms of activities and advertised facilities - Wanted to try the Latino dance and was therefore checking the activities schedule and both time that we decided to attend, it was cancelled. - On the resort’s website : It says there is a cinema/movie projections and the kids were looking forward for that bit but the cinema was not operational. - On the resort’s website : it says there is bowling , but the bowling is apparently not available in summer. - The kids club mentions a dedicated area for 8-11 years old which is not case. The kids club is quite ‘baby ish’ and doesn’t cater to kids aged 8-11 - The 12 + area is fun but very small and only had 5 games . It def needs to be double or triple the size. It was quite hot as the AC is not working. - The AC in the Oxford lounge was not working as well. We went once to play billiard. The staff’s english is very limited and it gets quite frustrating when we try to inquire about anything or report an issue in the room. We speak three languages including english and can’t communicate with the staff.

Amazing place, totally recommend. Staff was doing all they can to serve in the best way, lake house suites and pool around it was very comfortable. A la carte restaurants made a big improvement to day to day buffet options.

There could be more playground options around restaurants, and ability to rent some beach toys instead of buying them at all times.
