The view is great. The pool and the beach were amazing. The food is good. The room is spacious and the view from balcony is wonderful.
The staff are variable some are excellent others are very rude.

The location of the property was good and the outside areas of the hotel and resort were well kept and the patisserie was nice
- The guest relations staff were rude and unhelpful
- reception was rude and unhelpful
- the service level in the bars and restaurants are incredibly slow and they often got your order wrong (aside from 2 of the workers in the lobby bar)
- the food quality in the Zen restaurant was awful and there was only 2/3 dishes that were edible
- there was also an incident where my iPad went missing for the entire holiday and then ‘mysteriously’ turned up just before we left after a large amount of complaining
- the guest relations staff had zero come back on the missing item and they wouldn’t even give me a copy of my statement. They also indicated it was my fault by stating that all valuables should be kept in the safe (which is attached to a small, moveable shelf) to which I asked does that mean the room isn’t safe.

Food is good, room is big, beach is nice.
The territory is small, no space to walk, everywhere there are swimming pools. Did not like a strange design of the hotel-it’s messy, not clear where to go, where lifts are, how to find your room. No normal signs. Snack bar has a strange policy: stay inside and eat inside, impossible to take even a fruit and eat on the beach, for example, or take smth for a kid to eat nearby the pool. Moreover, entrances to the snack bar are always closed, it’s possible to enter only through a very dangerous bridge which is usually slippery due to water in on the surface from ppl from the pool. Not good! Old people might suffer there. What’s the stupidity?! Give ppl possibility to decide which entrance to use, as there supposed to be three normal entrances! Why should ppl entrance through the uncomfy bridge?! Some more other stuff which I really did not like in the hotel, but the main are these ones mentioned above.

The place is big and even its full , still u don't feel it crowded
The quality of food should be better and more variety specially when u stay around 10 nights , there is shiuld be different theme of food every day amd the coffee bean shiuld be better

It has everything for everyone.
If you have kids, there is nowhere but this place to enjoy your time with your kids.

The resort had a lot to offer. We were lucky that we had good weather on one of the days during our stay as the water park was opened on that day. The opening of the water park is weather dependent. There was a wide range of delicious food at the Zen Restaurant.
Our room had a bad smoke smell which effected my kids. Even though we complained about this, no one assisted and we had the same room for the duration of our stay.
Communication was also a problem as majority of the staff do not communicate in English.

We booked an all inclusive package which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was also a late dinner offered. Which was handy. Customer service was also really good and rooms kept to a good standard.
Facilities such as spa and indoor pool could have been kept open till a bit later. They both closed at 19:00.

Stayed at this fabulous hotel for a week. Undisputedly the best stay and holiday of my life. The hotel deserves ten stars . Exceptionally clean, beautifully built in Japanese architecture , situated right next to the beach , Limak won out hearts through everything it offered us. Cannot forget some of the amazing, heart warming staff members . Wish I knew the name of all but Mohammet at the bar deserves an applause for his sense of humour, Fardi at the reception welcomed us with his hearty smile and warm behaviour, Dogan at the beach bar kept winning us hearts over and over again, while Ramazan at the bar and in the main restaurant were very polite and kind.
All in all, we are glad we got to meet such amazing staff members who left no stone unturned in making our stay as relaxing as possible.
The staff members, vast variety of food ( best we have had so far) and clean rooms are some of it’s best assets.
We are definitely coming again.
Please book this resort without second thoughts.

There was absolutely nothing that I liked about this property.
firstly when we arrived we were given a room that we didn’t book and it had only heating system no air conditioning. in the bright day light the room get extremely hot. when we told told the manager about it he said didn’t do anything about it and then I called booking.com they moved us to our original booking which was again poorly maintained. we were not happy with the property we went to Antalya just to be in the resort as that what it’s meant for, booking and hotel did nothing about it and we barely stayed at the hotel and kept going out for dinners, lunches and even breakfast as everything was just bad low quality, not even fresh food..
despite booking full board we didn’t use any of the facilities.
it was quite disappointing on the hotels part as they manager on duty was very arrogant in his communication. they didn’t clean our room despite reminders.
the toilet flush didn’t work.
the carpets all over the hotel are smelling bad.
the buffet section had insects.
it was not hygienic at all.

The indoor pool and Jacuzi had cold water and when asked about it, the staff said that the heater was off due to save money on electricity.

The room was beautiful with its jacuzzi bathtub located right next to the window. There were also many activities planned to make sure hotel guests do not get bored. The hotel staff (guest relations staff and animation desk staff) were all very hospitable and ready to help with any of our requests. The water slides were also very fun, despite the cold water.
One thing that exceeded my expectations was the food. I read reviews that the food could get a bit repetitive, but during my 4 days stay there, I never felt that the food was repetitive. It might have something to do with how my stay coincided with Turkey's national day and Halloween, so during those nights there were special themed food. Halloween night's dinner was particularly enjoyable as there were cocktails and drinks that were halloween-themed, with a lot of candy and cakes (more so than usual) all halloween-themed. The food were in general delicious.
There seem to be an ant issue in my hotel room. It's not serious enough to call it an infestation, but we would always periodically see one or two ants on the bed. The bathrobes in the toilet would also have one or two ants on them. It was really odd, we didn't leave any food lying around either so no idea why there were the ants. We also didn't like how pushy the spa staff were. My friends and I went to find out about the pricing one our first day as we were waiting to check in, and the spa staff kept pushing us to make a reservation and payment right there and then and became pretty curt when we were considering whether or not to make a reservation. The attitude just turned us all off and we decided not to visit the spa facility at all.

I found a lot of ants (bugs) in my room, it reached to my baggage and clothes! I told them and they were like expecting it. They told me they will send house keeping for cleaning only! Not only this, they were blaming me for not cleaning the room for few days

We really liked the architecture. Well organised the beach. We really enjoyed the patisserie area, well organised and good service. Sauna and steam sauna exceptional. Nice playground at the beach. Gym is ok. Fantastic view from our room. Enjoyed the slides but the water was too cold.
Same food every day; lifeguards inside the indoor pool spent their time to watch phone; indoor and outdoor pools water are too cold; the staff don’t speak English; our room was dirty and dust everywhere when we checked in, we called the reception for cleaning service three times but our room remained dusty for all our 10 days. Poor and bad organised evening entertainment; the kids club was run by people who spent their time on their mobile phones; Restaurant’s glasses was dirty all the times. But the worst thing I could notice is the staff sneezing into their hands and then serving ice cream at the Zen Restaurant.

The location, staff, facilities and food of the hotel is very good.
We were literally tired of eating Breakfast, Lunch, early afternoon snack, late afternoon snack, dinner and late dinner in our ultra all inclusive package.There was very little time to play or go out in between these eating times. :-)
The water slides were closed on 16 October due to which our children were little disappointed. Also, we spent 1 hour searching for the Entertainment team member to give us table tennis rackets and ball to play. We could not find them due to which we were not able to play.
