Bel établissement avec vue magique sur jardins lac et montagne depuis les espaces intérieurs, extérieurs et quelques chambres. Décoration raffinée surtout les lustres et buffet de petit-déjeuner copieux et qualitatif de spécialités locales.

La seconde chambre réservée en RDC vue parking n'était pas bien grande et sa déco particulière... Trop de prestations en supplément tarifaire dans cet hôtel dont le SPA à l'espace réduit pour le prix

L’emplacement parfait , cadre magnifique, vue splendide,accueil au top . Literie exceptionnelle,dans une jolie chambre avec une terrasse donnant sur la forêt et le lac envie d’y rester !! La gestion de l’accès de la zone bien être limitée à 10 personnes.

Salle de bain et toilettes séparées mais petites. Service bar moyen avec carte limitée . Cocktails bons mais onéreux. Le prix de l’accès au coin bien être, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam piscine , non compris dans le montant de la chambre, sans information.

Excellent location and staff . V friendly and try to help as much as possible . Highly recommend by all means

Stunning location on the outskirts of Annecy

No overall management taking care of guests. Restaurant very poor and hugely overpriced.

The fact the cleaners came to your room every day. They were the only good thing about the hotel. They did a fantastic job.

Paid €912 for 4 nights for 2. Breakfast not included (no problems with that as I knew before hand) but was charged €1500 when I arrived. Was told it was a deposit. Yes I did get it back 4 days after I arrived home. Was not told that in advance and needed that money for my holiday. The hotel to be fair had the room ready for us before the 4pm slot however on arrival we were hungry as up at 3am for a 6am flight. Was told we couldn't eat unless we booked in advance. We then asked for a drink and waited 15 to 20 minutes for one. Had to ask 3 different people. Was also told the hotel is a 15 minute walk into the town, it's a 30-35 minute walk. Through a forest all up hill in the dark on the way back. Plus there is an electric fence on that walkway that we certainly didn't know until a dog went mad because he touched it. His owner told us. Because the hotel was so far away we had to get up in the morning, walk into town and stay for the whole day so we wudnt have to do it 4 times only twice a day. We were exhausted. I asked about a taxi and the hotel could supply one for €25 each time you went in or out of the town. We never ate in the hotel. We hated being there. No atmosphere. Even having a drink at night was shocking. No one in the bar at all. And if u had a shower after it was wet, it was very slippy. (shower was in the bath) I nearly slipped getting out and my son did slip. He fell right out onto the floor on his backside. I could go on and on about how horrible a hotel it is. U have to experience it to understand. My advice is don't. I absolutely loved annecy and will definitely visit again but not at this hotel. The best part is the day you walk out the door to leave.

Not really near the lake or the town: photo on booking.com is a bit misleading; in the middle of renovations and Wi-Fi didn’t work on first day; no menu in restaurant; fish only.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean. Amazing view! The restaurants are amazing, every meal was perfect, I would definitely want to stay there and eat there again.

I expected more from the Spa. It costs extra - which was already a bad surprise, as I expected this to be included in the price of the stay. Adding to that, the Sauna was only at 70 degrees which is very cold for a regular Sauna, and there was not a lot to do in the spa itself.
