Veeery expensive for what it was offering. And we could hear the elevator everytime it was used. And for what we paid the parking is extra charge...overall not bad but not perfect

Didn’t pay for breakfast as no hot breakfast and therefore not vfm. Great location near medieval town centre. Very modern, well appointed rooms

Narrow access ramp to the basement car parking and very narrow parking spots. Parking spots for handicapped people used by cars owned by non-handiccapped persons.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is well placed in Annecy, close to the lake and to the old city center.

Our room was very noisy because of one/some discoteque or night club located right in front of the hotel entry. There were large groups of young people shouting in the street until late in the night. Breakfast was poor.

The room had air conditioning, bed was firm, room was a good size, our room had a terrace but we did not use much bc it was too hot. Great location, not in the middle of the old town and the throngs of people but right next to it. Also, very quiet. Never heard anyone and I think the hotel was full.

Breakfast is not very varied but good options and tasty. hotel parking lot was full but for us it was not a problem. Receptionist guided us to nearby parking garages that were very convenient and I think even cheaper.

Easy to find, friendly staff, very helpful when we wanted to change our booking and they charged less than initially agreed, parking a big plus in Annecy
