Air condition mentioned in the hotel description before booking but not available in the room due to hotel restrictions... Room very warm during the night at the 4th floor, so the night was a nightmare! Not at the level of the 4 stars hotel ...

The staff are very rude, there is no hygiene, the breakfast is full of kids running around on all fours on the floor then touching all the spoons and food, we witnessed kids taking the spoon out of the nuttella on the main breakfast buffet and putting it in his mouth then back into the nuttella, there was nothing left when we came down which had 1 hour remaining, no scrambled egg left or bacon/ hashbrowns, the receptionist is very rude and clearly doesnt like english customers, definitely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, not worth the money and the breakfast definitely isNOT, all the rooms are outdated but the main concern is the RUDE staff and how they handle a situation, will definitely NOT be staying here again and I hope the manager of the hotel can address the rude staff and give them more teaching on how to treat people,

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Bright, uplifting rooms. TV stations for most languages. Fridge in the room. Plus kettle and coffee machine.

Breakfast wasn't great, especially for people with nut allergy (deadly), gluten/wheat intolerant, vegetarians or vegans. Good for anyone that likes greasy sausages and cheap bacon, chocolate cereal and carb stodge. Finding the plates, glasses and cutlery is a challenge too. I will bring my own breakfast next time.

Room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'd been driving all day, and it was such a relief to find a good hotel, with a spotlessly clean room, with extra pillows, plenty of towels and one of the comfiest beds we've slept in. Although not in the town centre - this is actually a blessing - since the town's vibrant nightlife was was quite noisy. We stayed one night, but would have been happy with longer. The hotel also provided secure parking.

We felt €14 each for a coffee and pastry at breakfast was a little expensive, so we passed on that. The hotel location was a bit bland, and devoid of any shops or cafes or places of interest - but the benefits of a quiet night outweighed the negatives of a bad nights sleep.

Great location close to the Railway station and La Rochelle Port within 10 mins walking distance. Staff very hospitable, secure car parking at the hotel available at 12Euros per night. Plenty of restaurants within La Rochelle and a must visit to the Market for foodies.

The staff at this Hotel goes behind to make you happy, extremely polite and helpful. it makes a huge difference when you are treated well at the arrival. Plus the room had a bed and bowls for our dog, what a nice thought! thank you!

The location was chosen because the hotel had private parking which was very good. The bar service was very good and snacks were available in the evening.

There was nothing we did not like. The hotel name was a bit confusing as it changed between Best Western Masq and Premier.

Very good location in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the old town and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good sized room.
