Good location close to two underground stations and a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Beds and duvets very comfortable. Reasonably priced for Berlin.

Rooms weren't as modern as they looked in the photos. Room not cleaned one day and minibar only topped up twice during a 5 night stay. Free beer wasn't a problem but would have liked water.

The breakfast quality and eating area was very nice. We enjoyed the espresso machine in the mornings, and liked that a washer and dryer was available onsite at no charge.

The room is very cozy, big, and beautiful with a nice view of the river. Small kitchenette, 2 beers in mini bar at house expense. very clean. Very good breakfast (European style) comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional.

We found the bathroom to be very nicely decorated, but the tub itself was a bit uncomfortable. First of all, its side is very high (even for tall people), which means it will not suit people with mobility disabilities. Second, the dosh itself was really strange and difficult to regulate (perhaps we are not used to this kind of thing). That's why it gets a score of 9. Despite what was written before, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The location was brilliant. Just the other side of museum island and walkable to Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie and other major attractions. There's also an u-bahn stop right over the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Reception is manned 24 hours so always someone available to help. The room was spacious for 2 people and the bathroom and shower were a good size too. The free beer and water every night were a bonus too! Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a bit noisy despite triple glazing and and room was a little dated (wallpaper was starting to peel). Bedding was filled with feathers in case that is a concern for you.

Their were 4 adults traveling together, the hotel gave us a suite with 2 sperate rooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen nook with microwave, 2 burner stove top, fridge. Everything was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. The rooms were very comfortable. Price was very affordable.

Hotel was beautiful. Great facilities available including washing machine and dryer. Great location across the road from metro station, supermarket around the block, bakery/Cafe 150m down the road. 25m pool to swim laps 900m away.

The room was large and comfy. Beds great and nice touch with the free water and beer, and a little pressy on Xmas Day. Very sweet. We checked in around 0.30 am and they didn't mind.

Woken up early by bin men most mornings. Pillows not very comfy. No toiletries in bathroom if you hadn't brought your own.
