De locatie van het hotel is vlakbij een metrostation met verbinding naar het centrum. De inrichting met moderne kunst is goed en smaakvol gedaan.

De badkamer is wel erg klein. De dekbedden zijn al heel gauw te warm, waardoor je transpirerend wakker wordt.

It’s a nice and clean place located in front of metro station. I recommend it for groups.

I left my golden necklace and however one receptionist was nice and helpful the other one wasn’t. Eventually my necklace is gone…

Not clean, the wifi doesn’t work in the room.

They gave us a free breakfast for the mess -up... The hotel is opposite Charlottenburg station, so very convenient for getting around but you can hear the trains when the window or door (we had a balcony) is open.

We got held up on our travels to Berlin through no fault of our own. I messaged the Art hotel and informed them we would be late arriving (after 10pm). The reception replied that no one would be there after 10pm, not even a night porter/staff member! I've never come across an unstaffed hotel at night before, what happens if something goes wrong (which happened to us!) The message explained that they made this clear on booking.com - the wording was 'the reception is permanently occupied between 8am and 10pm' - not clear enough, perhaps it should have said 'reception closed between 10pm and 8am' or 'no late arrivals after 10pm'? Anyway, they had made it clear we couldn't get in so we made an emergency reservation for another hotel who had a manned reception, which cost us a lot of money! I sent a message to the Art hotel as we had reserved two nights that I'd made alternative arrangements and we would see them the following day. A little while later, they phoned me and told me that there was a safe that they could leave my room key in after 10pm....what a disaster and frustration for us - I was a bit rude and said we would stay at the other hotel (which was actually better than the Art hotel) so as not to waste my money I'd just spent. There was no air conditioning or tea/coffee making facilities.

Location. Any transportation is extremely close. There are many places nearby to grab a bite or buy groceries. The staff is very friendly. WiFi was working. The fan was very useful.

The windows of many rooms overlook the courtyard well, which has good acoustics. Since there is no heating or air conditioning, the windows are open. On Saturday at 10 o'clock, some construction work started in the courtyard, and one of the workers was talking on the phone for a very long time. It felt like he was on the adjacent bed.

Ok hotel for ok price, my goal was low price for good value and i think a i got it. Its basic, but good enough for me.

Top location A cute little hotel with Art in room. My room had pictures of Joan Miro. It is very close to Charlottenburg Train station, so you have easy access to all public transport. Some restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy, with a good size desk + chair in room.

The room was nice and cozy. It had everything you needed. The balcony with a table and chairs was a huge plus. It is in a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores and also right across the S-Bahn station. I liked how they had a kettle and different sorts of tea for guests to serve themselves anytime they want.
