Die mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichteten Zimmer und Lobby. Der entzückende Speisesaal mit den aufwendig hergerichteten Buffet. Die Vielzahl an kleinen, sehr schmackhaften Häppchen und ausgefallenen Speisen welche stets nachgefüllt wurden. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Der Brausekopf in der Dusche könnte mal getauscht werden. Der Strahl war schwer regelbar

Die Dusche war sehr eng. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Es muss in Etappen gefrühstückt werden. Zeiten müssen einen Tag vorher ausgesucht werden -7 Uhr bis 08 Uhr, 8 Uhr bis 9 Uhr oder 9 Uhr bis 10 Uhr

O quarto confortável e bem intimista, mas coube tranquilamente um berço para o meu filho. O café da manhã super diversificado e com muitas coisas deliciosas. Até café da manhã para pessoas veganas tinha. Muito bom. A equipe do hotel foi muito educada conosco, principalmente com o nosso filho de 2 anos. Hotel é bem perto da estação central de trem.

Só achamos o quarto um pouco escuro. Mas de resto, muito bom.

Very good location and the room was cozy and clean. It was one of the best priced hotels in the area and it did not disappoint. Wifi worked fine and the reception person was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Within a short walk to the Cologne Cathedral which is amazing.

Door locks were a little tricky but not a big deal at all. Just had to turn the key a few times.

The hotel is well located; near to the central train station and the Cathedral. The staff is very helpful and professional; I had a late arrival and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good, they make eggs to order. I also liked that you can pre-book the breakfast time so that you do not need to wait for a table, which is handy. I had good quality of sleep.

There was no kettle in the room.

Great location- 5 mins walk from main station and walk distance to main sights in Cologne. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate for late check-in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options.

Lifts available but may still have a couple of steps depending on room.

I found the steep open stairs a bit scary and worried about my fire escape - but that’s just me I think.

Great location just a 2 min walk from the train station. The room was quite clean with all the necessities and a very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend
