We had an apartment for four people and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, big wardrobe, the kitchen and washing machine were great. The breakfast is just fantastic and the staff too! Highly recommended.

Great pool and sauna. Good breakfast. Very roomy apartment. Kitchenette and washing machine useful. Staff helpful. Good location.

Couple of issues with room e.g. kettle broken, but staff v helpful and sorted out straightaway - v good service.

Centrally located - ten minute walk to checkpoint Charlie, 20 minutes to historic sights - amazing restaurants nearby and don’t sleep on the food truck court at checkpoint Charlie. It satisfied something for everyone in our group and gave us a nice spot to regroup, have a drink and relax. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. They arranged a cab for our ride to the airport and we’re extremely helpful with any questions that came up. A Lidl around the corner along with a bakery was very convenient. One note - AC worked but I would have to say American idea of AC is different then anyone in Europe. Luckily we were on the fifth floor and had great breezes and a balcony. Washer and dryer also came in handy.

Spacious room with amazing view and small balcony. Loved the kitchenette and washing machine/dryer, especially since i was traveling for more than one week. Bed was super comfy and the staff was at all times very helpful and lovely. It felt like a little home away from home and i'll definitely return someday and recommend to friends and family. Also, the location is great with only a few walking minutes to Berlin Mitte, with many shops, supermarkets, art galleries, malls and restaurants close by. If you wanna get further, you'll find metro stations close to the venue and an uber is always just a click away.

If i had to pick one thing, it's just a few breadcrumbs under the sofa pillows, but that's because i have eagle eyes :) apart from this, everything was spotless.

Very nice and clean apartment. The Staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast restaurant were very kind and helpful. Good breakfast with everything we wanted.

Air-condition was diffucult to adjust.

Apartment was spacious and very tidy. Windows could be opened for extra air-ventilation, surrounding area was moderately quiet and there was not much traffic. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would absolutely recommend the apartment for families, it was great to have two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen area.

Staff were very warm and welcoming; accommodation was excellent both in terms of facilities as well as location.

Super nice for families with kids, nice location. It was clean and pleasent.

The parking seems to be expensive (25€ per day), whereas right to the hotel building there is a parking with 12€ per day. The cleaning service could be a bit better (for some reason they took out pillow beddings from two pillows and left it, the staff nicely put for us plates in the dishwasher however they put pots in a wrong way, so it didn't wash). No tabs for the dishwasher in the apartment.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Washing machine and dryer a big asset. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment service was excellent with clean towels each day. Location was close to the underground train and we could also walk to a lot of places of interest. We hired bikes from them also. A good supermarket was also close by.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Quite and bright sizeable room. Well organized kitchenette and clean bathrooms. Washing and dryer is working well. Like home. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional.

A small but well-organized room has all the necessary things for the stay. The hotel has a swimming pool. The lobby is quite cozy. Very good breakfast.
