It was clean, but the finishing of the building and yard was outdated and old. Needs to be redone again.

Old but well maintained hotel, expected for Sheraton group, everything was great will come back, recommending!

It was too crowdy at meal times at the restaurant

The hotel is very old and the rooms and furniture need to be renovated. The quality of the furniture is not suitable for a five-star hotel. The health club is very small and the equipment is few. The booking amount is high compared to other hotels. The shower in the bathroom was not working properly.

The facilities and location were great value for money.

The rooms could be updated.

White bedding, comfortable bed and pillows and wake up call service . Close to JBR, Beach and walk to Marina

Old furnishings, staff did not inform us of free shuttle to Mall of the emirates so we spent 130dirhams back and forth on taxi. Our room did not have towels and gowns not sure if it was already used and someone moved from our room. Twice I had to ask for the items. Breakfast okay, staff could brighten up and smile a bit more especially the omelette specialist lady. 1st floor from breakfast room very dusty…. I wonder if this place has been closed for some time and recently opened. Not 5 star experience for me I’m afraid. Maybe 3 When we arrived on Taxi no one to assist with luggage!!!!!! Thats not 5star at all

Your service staff created a wonderful service experience for us. We would like to accord special mention to the following: Jojo, Majeed, Himanshu, Farzana, Demi & Pattie. They were welcoming, polite, bubbly and all smiles that it was a joy interacting with them. Duty Mgr Nishant who graciously accorded us a late check out that was beyond what we expected. It certainly helped us a great deal. Apparently your housekeeper accidentally broke a bottle of our cosmetic. Integrity fully demonstrated when Nishant apologised for this. We stressed that it was no issue at all and urged the management NOT to penalise the employee. Housekeeping Manager Dhaykie who met us at breakfast to apologise for the above incident. Thank you to all of you- truly Customer Service Professionals!!!

the food was very basic with limited options

location was great, staff were amazing especially in the club lounge. Alish from Nepal was fantastic and attentive always there when our glasses were empty, outstanding customer service. Music at the pool was outstanding.

The room could do with a wee freshen up and the outdoor terrace, although great for space, could also do with a wee bit of rejuvenation.
