Near to Difc

We were in this amazing Hotel for the second time. The view from our room was breathtaking, the half-board and the afternoon tea were top-notch. Services are exceptional. The staff is very kind, as always. We will choose the JET again if we visit Dubai next time.

What was not to love? From the moment you get to the hotel, the staff are super attentive and helpful. The view of the Museum of the future was amazing too.

La ubicación es cercana a la zona del Burj Khalifa y Dubai Mall. Los desayunos buenos y variados. Hay un tunel directo al museo del futuro y por comprarle la entrada a ellos te hacen un 10% de descuento. Las vistas son espectaculares. Tienen cunas para bebés.

Wir übernachteten das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Super Lage, ein wunderschöner Ausblick aus unserer tollen Familiensuite in der 26. Etage und ein leckeres Frühstück rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Der vorhandene Pool ist eine angenehme Bereicherung, um sich zwischen den einzelnen Aktivitäten kurz abzukühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles bestens, es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts zu beanstanden.

La chambre est parfaite. L'emplacement est près du Dubaï Mall. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est très accueillant. La vue des étages supérieures est sublime.

Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage des Hotels. Wir waren allerdings nur für 1 Nacht, da unser Flug sehr früh ging.

Tolles Hotel, gut gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Sehr ansprechende Lobby mit der Möglichkeit, dort auch etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken. Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Diese waren mit Verbindungstür was sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, eigene Couch, vernünftiges Badezimmer. Das Frühstück, welches in unserem Zimmerpreis inkludiert war, war sehr vielseitig.

Beim Frühstück ging es sehr rummelig zu, man hat zwar immer einen Sitzplatz bekommen, aber es war doch sehr voll. Das Frühstück war aber sehr gut.

This is an amazing hotel. We have stayed in many different hotels over the years in different countries and this was just exceptional. The place was spotless, staff were so polite all the time. Perfect location and food was excellent. A special mention to Shirone & Sweta for their absolute courtesy and friendliness all the time.

Location, service and view. We totally love the size of the room, value added services and comfy bed. They accommodate for early check-in the best that they can. Breakfast was good although the area is a bit small. The concierge team was good, they apologize profusely upon what happen to us.

We were very offended and disturbed with their security lady manager upon check in. We arrived with chauffeurs from Emirates, and upon check in was informed that we have to open our bag in front on them in a their luggage room because they said that upon screening (we were not informed of any screening of bag!) that they accuse us of bringing cooker and knife. We had just arrived from New York 14hrs flight in business class, and have no issue with our bags in JFK and yet, in the hotel they requested us to open the bag and show what is in our bag like we are criminals! This is the first time in our life travels that we were treated as such! It is such a disgrace! We bought few kitchen utensils as souvenir for our home in New York and the items that they thought as cooker is our measuring cup (which is metal) and sieve. As if they accuse us of cooking in their room?? We are not travelling business class and do our cooking in our own room but rather enjoy our meals in Dubai Mall! It is totally a disgrace! They should have not discriminate people like a caste as long as anyone could afford a booking at your hotel should be treated equally! Although we really love our stay, but to stay again and be humiliated again we might think twice!

Always at the firmament of quality, service & value! We also enjoyed for the first time the rent of a boardroom / meeting room (for 7 persons), and everything was beautiful and super professional. I highly recommend to business & leasure travelers alike

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat für jeden etwas geboten.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann von dort aus vieles erleben. Auch der Beach am Hotel Zabeel Saray war sehr schön. Ein Paradies…

Ich kann mich über nichts beschweren. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was vielleicht nicht so optimal ist, dass man den Shuttle zum Hotelbeach selbst bezahlen muss. War aber vorher angekündigt.

Fantastische Aussicht, wunderschöne Zimmer, exzellenter Service und tolle Lage.

I took a deluxe king on a high floor and it was well worth it. Beautiful room with an amazing view. Had a raised area for business, a sitting area, super luxurious bathroom. It's a great hotel with also super good breakfast, and a nice gym if you like to work out. Pool is solid as well! And staff are perfect!

The amenities were good, there are lots of choices for restaurants and bars on and around the property.The executive lounge staff, especially Aza, Rabita and Maria, were very professional and very friendly and hospitable. Our person who cleaned our room, Faysel was very prompt and our room was immaculate all the time.

The room, the attention to details, the care for kids, the view from the room was amazing, as well as the view from many areas of the hotel, and the location is premium for exploring Downtown, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame and Glow Garden. Easy access to and from the airport and other locations of interest. The cosmetics from Amouage are top quality. The Executive Club is fantastic.
