Situation géographique
Chambre en face des locaux du service nettoyage qui ne m’ont pas laissé dormir le matin car ils faisaient trop de bruit! Pas de place pour profiter de la piscine obligé de réserver un transat dans une autre piscine et dans un autre hôtel! Malgré une caution je n’ai pas eu le choix que de payer mes services room directement en espèce ou par carte alors qu’habituellement je règle la note en partant lors du check out!

I think the only good thing about the hotel was their rooms and the swimming pool on rooftop
Breakfast was not good at all and not much variety and things like bread, crossiant didn’t seem fresh. Waste of money. Dubai mall was far, had to get a taxi and it isn’t 5 mins walk like it says on the site.

Das Hotel lag zentral. Man hatte ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss zum Burj Khalifa. Auf der Dachterrasse konnte man den Burj Khalifa sehen und aus unseren Zimmer sah man den Burj al Arab. Das Zimmer war top. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und sehr lecker. Wir assen draussen auf der Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location - about a 20 minute walk to Dubai mall. Taxis are also very accessible. All the staff are lovely and friendly too. A special thank you to Cynthia, Laraib and Bennet for their hospitality and for going the extra mile - I appreciate you all and you’re amazing! Highly recommend :)

le prix a changé entre ma réservation initiale qui a étét annulée et ma nouvelle réservation.
Je n'ai jamais compris pourquoi ma réservation initiale a été annulée.
Différence de 500 € à ma charge sur une durée de 7 jours.
Le coffre dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai demandé 4 fois au reception desk de venir le réparer. Personne n'est jamais venu.
