The service was excellent from check in time till check out. On arrival the Concierge was already waiting to take our luggage without delay, reception was efficient and changed my room immediately for smoking room although it was not requested for earlier. Surprise arrangement for my wife for her belated birthday with a cake. Every morning during breakfast we would be asked about our stay and if there is anything we needed. Check out time housekeeping team member helped with our luggage never said to call Concierge. Team members were friendly, helpful, observant, anticipated guests needs and very positive. They really extended service from the heart.
Special mention to Natasha of Reception and Dharsarath from housekeeping for exceptional service. 5 star service in a 4 star hotel. Recommended and will come again in the near future

Breakfast and dinner was very nice. We have visited this hotel 4 times now and it's always a pleasure. Pool, relax, food no need to leave the hotel at all.

The room was a tad bit smaller than expected but regardless the view was excellent and the staff too. They were very friendly and accomodating. Another reason I booked this place was for its fabulous breakfast that I read alot about amongst the reviews, however during our visit it did not meet my family and mine expectations. Perhaps we expected too much. Nonetheless, maybe it was just one of those days and we weren't lucky enough to try their amazing brekkie. Still an excellent and comfy stay. 10/10 would recommend. Another point i'd like to write about is their room service and housekeeping, they were always at our prompt service no matter what we wanted, whether it was cutlery or to dispose trash. Excellent hospitality!
Breakfast couldve had more options. They only had a couple of puddings, fruits, breads and eggs, hams, cheeses, turkey bacon, sasuage and potatoes. I think i just expected a lot more variety and a wider display of food. However whatever food was placed tasted divine.

الاوتيل جميل واطلاله حلوة والغرف جيدة والمرافق جيدة مسبح صالة جم ممشى خاص على البحر مصطحات خضراء كبيرة جلسات على المسبح لكن يحتاج تجديد اثاث حيث كان الموكيت مستهلك جدا وفيه بقع قديمه ايضا الوسائد مستهلكه جدا وغير مريحه الاوتيل فخم لكن يحتاج تجديد فيما ذكرت سابقا ومستلزمات العنايه غير متوفرة لازم تطلبها مثل فرشة الاسنان السليبر واشكر طاقم الاوتيل على اللباقة واستعدادهم لتوفير راحتك وتقديم المساعده
خفض صوت الموسيقى خاصه وقت الاذان لانها طول الوقت تسمعها
تغيير الوسائد لانها متهالكه جدا جدا

We really like this hotel because we can access the beach club.
We've stayed at this hotel a few times, always with the kids. This time was a couple experience. They didn't clean up our room, we had the garbage bin full and the whole room dirty for 3 days, 2 nights!!! As a very organized person, having my bed not made is a big issue, no toiletries and coffee mug had to be requested as they didn't clean our room. Very disappointed

It was overall bad experience. Booking.com cheated us and we ended up paying extra to get our two children half board facility. We booked half board facility with two rooms for 3 adults and two children however hotel received confirmation of 3 adults only. And booking.com staff didn't correct the mistake, hotel changed us extra for two kids. I spent exhaustive time with customer care of Booking.com

Good clean in the bedroom.
They created a problem when we were in the swimming pool, accusing our friend to use a cotton t-shirt inside the swimming pool, while she was using a not cotton t-shirt. They asked the security to come to force us to leave the swimming pool, and based on the view of the t-shirt, they only see the t-shirt and supposed to identify the material even we showing the website with the specs of the manufacturer. It was the worst experience I had in a hotel.

The room, pool and the location of the property were all very good. Al Naeem Mall has got some good outlets and the mall is just 2 minutes drive away. I was just so happy with the extended pool timings also which go till 10 pm in the evening
I informed reception about a person smoking in his room with an open door causing heavy smoking smell within the corridor however the issue was not addressed

Location suited our trip purpose of attending a wedding at a venue close by. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Staff were very friendly.

Not as expected. The room was not very tidy
The carpet needs to be cleaned and the room needs to be upgraded as there is no extra space in the room.
The hotel is not at all Children friendly. The property needs to introduce children play area and some other activities needs to be added as the stay is very boring when there is nothing to do in the hotel.

The room was average compared to price and location. need to request essentials which are almost provided by every 4* hotel without request.

The beds are not very comfy at all, hard mattress and soft pillows, ok for a short stay for the price but wouldn't want to stay too much longer.

Security guard was very disrespectful. Didn’t let us eat at the pool table when it was iftar time . Kept shouting when all we wanted was to get our stuff from there
