The beach, food, beds and activities were very very nice for everyone in the family. Kids loved the barn and kids play area and spent countless hours there. The breakfast and dinners were all delicious and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly always.

As an animal enthusiast, we would suggest preventing the guests from feeding the animals just anything they can get their hands on. Rather generate some revenue by packing paper bags with greens and other relevant correct food and selling it for 5 AED a packet to guests. The animals will thank you too. We saw guest trying to feed the animals some food not appropriate for the animals that could make them sick. Also, please make it more known to the all inclusive guests what they can and cannot have with regards to food, drinks and activities. You need to have a clear policy and procedure understood by all your operations staff and enforced correctly throughout. Examples are free soft drinks during the day and free activities once a day. That way you can remove confusion and deliberation between staff enforcing the rules and guests will be happier knowing what they paid for. We only found out the last two days that soft drinks were free. We stayed for 6 days.

it is already my 6th time visiting the place. i kept on coming back because of the place,activities, ambiance and service of the staff. from reception, resto, and housekeeping

-this recent visit, food is not that okay- the choices is limited and it i dont feel the bbq vibe because the set up is in the pool side, which is before on the beach side that i was expecting.

Everything! The whole stay was one awesome experience after another.

I personally would rate my stay a 10 out of 10, amazing food, fantastic activities, everything surpassed my expectations. If there would be 1 caveat, it would be their in-house WiFi. The WiFi was throttled to enable only a limited number of guests to use. Hence you'd only get access once a "slot" became available. Other than this, had a truly amazing experience.

Appreciate for the free upgrade that made our stay so much comfortable and happy ending thats why all i give happy smiley face here. otherwise would be upsetting as on booking.com, tent was not mentioned that AC was not there and it was so hot inside, u couldn't stay even for a second would have been a ruined stay. Tent is not advisable till i guess when its winter season. Safari tent is amazing as it has AC and attached bath. Nonetheless Staff were alll great , from reception to each one of them there. Seems they love the job.

The tent deluxe. Please mention that there is NO AC on the tent. That tent is only amazing when its winter season till December otherwise is not advisable to stay. There was no good food selection.
