Pas grand chose

Insonorisation déplorable on a l impression de dormir sur la route . Le sol était sale , la salle de bains sous équipée même pas une étagère pour poser sa trousse de toilette . L éclairage très insuffisant .

The room was quite good.

I have some concerns in terms of the breakfast buffet option but more regarding the promotion of sustainablility. On the bed ww are notified that you try to be sustainable but the shower heads are not water-saving. Half of the water goes out the shower and is not the water saving kind. I know this as I am working in sustainability myself. Another thing is that shower curtains are unsustainable and unsanitary. This means that hopefully it does get replaced but at the same time the material of the curtains aren't recyclable. A glas shower door would be a better option however if just checking out the shower heads first, would make a big difference.

Huge nice villa in quiet place. Really feel yourself out of everything, can enjoy nature, silent. Already enough old, old furniture with stains, not enough dishes, no grill

The reception guy me Mohammed, welcoming and helpful,limited choices for breakfast and reasonable for value of money

No soup for shower area, slow elevators, cleaning tools not avalible in apartment

Spacious, perfect for family getaway.

I am not sure but the bed should be check if there’s any small insects or bug because my daughter has al lot of insect bites after we slept on the room.

Room was decent for the amount I paid.

Hotel only had one staff member available at check in. Early check-in and later check out were both unavailable.

주변 레스토랑에서 식사 시에 주류메뉴 없어서 조금 실망 했는데 숙소 인근에 주류매장에서 구입후 숙소에서 음주 가능 합니다.

Just need clear water in the pool. The restaurant staff all was good but due to few staff only that’s why our coffee they serve was not hot. Then the table wasn’t prepared and not clean. Only that. Thank you.

The welcome was good. Decent lobby. Restaurant was ok.

The apartment looked run down. Broken toilet seat. Noise from the adjacent road.

Spacious villa and a beautiful sea view

The villa needs A LOT of maintenance. The curtains are all so bad they all need replacement. Kitchen cabinets and master toilet cabinets were so fragile and some were crooked and not in place. Windows and glass doors were very hard to close and lock, we had to push sometimes from the top and sometimes from the bottom and push really hard just to be able to lock. The chair in the master bedroom was also damaged. The master toilet had no shower door, it seems like it was removed and not replaced by a new one. Worst of all, we found fake eyelashes stuck on the bedside table lamp, which shows that the housekeeping job wasn't done very well.

100% recommended this place, from staff yo the services it was all amazing, pool is a bit far but they provide shuttle. To pick up us and drop off same service for the beach. Very polite receptionist and always assisting us in all request. Ee loke everything

We didn't get the Pool Access as they told it is under maintenence. they didn't even mention that during the booking time. Beach access also restricted after 6PM only good thing us their ROOMs. They offerd a refund for the inconvenience and its still not credited. Staffs are bluffing all the time especially the front desk It's really bad and ridiculous experience.

It wasn’t clean and am a usual customer but since the last time the room was full of insects and i inform the person in the reception. But he only took the card and checked me out without any compensation !! Later on I complicated on Booking and he talked to me that i will have 50% next time. Now since 2 months am trying to book to have the 50% percent but he keeps replying late and end the message by “sorry sir today fully booked” while i already inform him that i want to book on this day before it by 2-3 days after i check booking and call the reception. But until now am not compensated.

The worst experience ever

They mentioned it is royal villa whereas what i found is a very basic villa that has no luxury vibes or furniture there was so many issues with the villa , they uploaded some pictures that attracted the customers to booked but when you go there u shocked about how poor is the place and not worth the money at all, I contacted them about the type of villa I booked which shows sea view and they confirmed to me that this is the exact villa I will get once I check in but it wasn’t as promised, they water was leaking, the ac is not working, there is many insects there , the pool isn’t private at all , I advise you not to book I feel like I payed for nothing, this wasn’t what we were expecting

The villa was very spacious. It had all the amenities.. the Service and staff were very nice. Very accommodating. Mr. Amjad was very courteous and helpful staff who made our stay very comfortable.

Very minor things...Since we ordered breakfast in our villa as we were large group .. the quantity of food provided was comparatively less for breakfast than if we had dined in the restaurant. Access to beach was far..

Place is clean and well maintained. Staffs are courteous.
