Our decision to pick this Hotel was so spontaneous but it was best decision we made. Upon checking in we were upgraded to the bigger 1 bedroom which was surprising. We enjoyed every minute we spent at the hotel. Service was excellent. Another point worth mentioning is Hotel is not using plastic items, which is great contribution for saving the environment. Really appreciate every staff member who provided best service. Especially, Mr.Jitu who kept our room clean. Thanks.

The only thing I like is the hotel is the stuff was very friendly specially the duty manager, and there are another person his name Hafiz Majid.

Comparing to other hotel this hotel needs to do a full renovations the furniture inside the room was very old and needs toreplace.

Big , clean , spacious rooms . Good variety of food in restaurants (which is essential on traveling with kids ) I’d say it’s a great place and for couples and for families . Enough facilities to accommodate everyone.

All good , I have to call room service multiple times for one request , but probably they were short in staff during weekend . Overall fantastic service.

ارجوا توفير المحارم ف الغرفه وصيانه مغاسل الحمامات وأرجو وضع قرطاسية ف الادارج كونه فندق 5 نجوم وفي الجزيرة وايضا المحارم ف الحمامات يجب أن تكون ذات جوده عاليه وأما بخصوص الأفطار كان جيدا ولكن العشاء غير جيد وايضا لا يوجد أي مشروبات بارده للأسف .

I was expecting a 5 STAR experience, that was not the case at this hotel unfortunately. beach full of algae!! For starters, the check-in experience was appalling, the staff misplaced my EID and claimed it was never handed over, and kept insisting it was never handed over, when it was kept hidden under their keyboard all that time and apologized reluctantly. The shower was leaking, and the maintenance did a sloppy job fixing it, and it was never properly fixed, so we have use up all the towels to keep the floor dry. Lastly, there was bathroom mould growing! This is a hazardous problem that should be addressed by the management. The children could have played with the growing mould, which could have been toxic. We will never be retuning here again, after booking a 3-bedroom suite.

The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options and delicious too. Every member of the staff was equally attentive to our requests and were prompt in providing services.

The beach was not along the side of the resort. The interiors of the room seemed to be too dingy and not very clean. Wifi was very slow or sometimes dint even connect.

The staff is really helpful and nice, especially Mr. Hossam, who is very competent and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The location is fantastic.

The time of the pool is only till 9 pm. It would be much better if it were 24 hrs. As the visitors are coming there for relaxation and short period.

المساحة المطلة على البحر محدوده... التكيف .. لا تنخفض حرارته إلى أقل من 23 درجة .. والغرفة حارة. لم يتم شرح آلية عمل المكيف الحساسة إلا عقب استدعاء عامل الصيانة .. وضل المكيف حار حتى عقب استدعائه. لوح التحكم بالمكيف ساطع الإضاءة مما اضطرنا لتغطيته بورقة حتى ننعم بغرفة مظلمة خلال النوم. اضطرارنا للاتصال بخدمة الغرف لأكثر من مره لطلب الخدمة.. الشاطئ المخصص للنزلاء صغير ومكتض. لم نستطع استخدام صنبور المياه في البانيو.. تعذر علينا رفع الماء إلى الرشاش..
