Todo fue genial! Muy nuevo y limpio, todo el personal del hotel muy amable, el desayuno super bien y la ubicación estupenda.

Solo mejoraria que el baño estuviera aislado totalmente y no estuviera abierto a través de la ducha por el techo. Por el tema ruido y frio!

Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to main city attractions. Room is comfortable and the most important air conditioned. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and various.

Our room was on the first floor, windows are not noise protective, that's why the room was a little noisy.

The hotel is located slap-bang in the centre of Madrid and great for anyone sightseeing or shopping. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. It looked very stylish and was very clean with good facilities.

I found the staff a bit offhand and unwelcoming. You were expected to find the information you needed online using Apps. It felt like the hotel was designed for a different generation and if you didn't fit in then tough luck.

Excellent location a little bit high cost

The hotel's location is very good, it's in the heart of Gran Via, the room is clean and nice. The hotel receptionist (the lovely girl with the glasses) was amazing, she is very very nice, she moved us quickly when we had a problem with the AC in our room, and sent us chocolate with a lovely message apologizing next day and got us a kettle. She actually made our stay better!

The room is alright, but the bathroom is very small, and the other room had no bathroom door because it was the disabled room (since our AC didn't work and had to move) the room had no kettle, and when we requested one the man at the reception refused saying its only for superior rooms, which is ridiculous consider the amount of money we paid. When we first arrived, they welcomed us but no one really helped us with the luggage. The guy at the bar is really rude too, we came down to get tea since there was no kettle, and simply asked if they are open and can make me hot water for tea, the guy yelled WE ARE CLOSED, even the girl at the reception was shocked. The hotel has a cafe/Bar on the roof which made the lifts busy at all times, and it's annoying.

Friendly staff... helpful and just the whole atmosphere. Rooms very clean and very large. Loved the location. Everything was perfect. A review you can count on for a change...

Location!, close to 2 metro stations, walkable distance to everywhere. Perfect location for shopping as well. The room was spacious and clean, very quiet even though it’s located in a very busy street. Very nice staff!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and organize. The location is amazing, close to everything. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything we needed and they were all really nice. Breakfast was really good with long range of time and great verity of food. I will definitely come again
