Great location, hard to beat with a short walk to underground and buses. Staff were really fantastic and helpful.

Like alot of London hotels, the room size was very small.

Nous aurions voulu un grand lit double, et non un petit lit simple plus un petit lit double. Par ailleurs notre chambre donnait sur cour, avec le bruit de la chaufferie extérieure. J’aurais préfèré une chambre sur rue.

First night: Quite a lot of mould in the bathroom ceiling (and a mouldy smell). Second day: Got a new room. During the night, the first time I tried to flush, the entire flushing module went all the way in, so not possible to flush. Talked to night receptionist who told me it would be fixed tomorrow. Third day: Morning receptionist told me it would be fixed during the day or they would give me a new room. I came home during the night and nothing is fixed. Had to use the toilet by the reception for the majority of my stay. The breakfast was not particularly good either (cheapest juice and toast bread you can get). Overall terrible experience.

Room immediately felt welcoming -bright modern comfort right in the heart of Marylebone, close to the wonderful High St with its chic shops and restaurants. A small but very adequate twin with a good sized bathroom. Slept very well and loved having a Nespresso machine -a lovely touch!

We liked room #30 because it was quiet and a little removed from the other rooms. We loved the exterior door to the fire escape - we could let lots of fresh air in. Antonio at the front desk was really great! Nice choices for breakfast and the kitchen staff was so great.

The room was small but that's probably normal for London's older buildings. The breakfast could have used a little more variety; after four days it was good but a bit boring. Biggest problem was the hot water in room 30. First day it was ok. Little or no hot water next three days. They got it fixed while we had breakfast day 2. Day 4 I took a cold shower. My wife was offered a working shower in another room where the guests had just checked out. That worked but kind of creepy. Hope it's finally all fixed.

Central and quiet location. Reception staff friendly.

Could have been more choice at breakfast for a 4 star hotel.

Beds very hard and lumpy, bathroom needed lots of renovation- shower head not properly mounted, grout missing, bath chipped and sink tap too small that water just poured over counter not into sink! Also got moved to triple room instead of twin and was very small could barely move as room was very narrow

Great location.

A/c could have been better, but it did work. Just a very hot night.
