Our room was on the 1st floor and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really good,it kept us going until dinner at night. You couldn’t really ask for a more central location.

Excellent location for visiting Bath, close to all the main historical tourist sites. View from the room was uninspiring (overlooking the car-park) but that was not an issue because it was lovely and quiet and away from any traffic noise.

Perfect location, loved the style of the hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing and a walk in shower would be more up to date than a bath with a shower in the ceiling

Tea coffee facilities were not fully stocked on arrival. Cups were dirty.

Location was excellent very easy to get around the city from there and easy to drive to other destinations from that part of the city aslo

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Very pretty and nice staff.

The hotel was already fairly expensive to stay and as we had a little dog, we had to pay extra for and we needed to park which was another £20 (not free), so the final cost when there was a lot higher.

Beautiful, clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very central, great location. Comfortable sleep.

The noise level. I could hear every step of those in the room above me. Literally every step. The doors slam and it went on all morning.

Perfectly located in Bath City Centre and close to shopping and restaurants. We used the Bath park and ride where the bus stop is only a short walk from the hotel. Our room was fresh and lots of light, very clean and comfortable. Nice smelling toiletries and white fluffy towels. Tea making facilities and bottled water was well received. We chose to eat breakfast away from the hotel near the Abbey but we did sit outside and use the bar facilities which was very nice. The hotel kindly stored our luggage and shopping which was vey convenient after checkout so we could enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception thank you.

Breakfast was good and staff serving were a delight

The sink in the bathroom was leaking which resulted in us having to change rooms, this was rather inconvenient as the bed in the replacement room was not the same size. We believe the sink was leaking when we checked in but did not notice immediately surely this should have been detected previously.

The staff were professional, kind and thoughtful - and above all, friendly, smiling and they made our stay exceptional. I look forward to a return visit. (the breakfast 'eggs shakshuka' are brilliant)
